Works good. The map can be a little difficult to understand when navigating.

The map was not easy to follow. Needs to be reworked if its to be an interactive map.

Best amusement park app I've seen! Offline navigation, plan your visit with kids height appropriate attractions, ride wait times, clean UI & responsive!

Very helpful. Great to have pics to show my son what ride before we hike over.

It rained while we were at the park and this app was extremely helpful in finding which rides were open/closed and wait times.

It was helpful because I've never been to hershey so it leads me to all the good coasters "skyrush"

Ride wait times not very accurate

Now I don't have to carry around a paper map all day that's been crushed in my pocket by all the rides

Hit the back button and it exits the app. Most links go to the website... After restarting the app a few times it accomplished the task. End the end it works but not properly. The app development team needs mentorship from the wdw app team to be up to par.

I love the ride wait times but I don't like that the app completely closes down and has to restart every time you turn off your screen or use it in the background.

I have a S8 plus and had no issues with the app crashing. Cool features like remember where you park and plan your visit (tells hours of each place). Wish I knew about this before going. Map was fairly easy to read, just zoom out and look for the blue dot of where you are. Another feature is my photo's which is interesting if you want to save and download pictures taken at the rides. Overall a good app. Maybe needs to work on older phones better.

I just didn't find the app that easy to use. The map was often jumbled with icons and was not easy to zoom in and out. I also found the ride wait times to be very inaccurate. Good idea but needs some refining.

This app is terrible. I used it to preplan our visit. It crashed all day long and the "take me there" feature didn't work once. Better use the map.

Love this app. It's pretty easy to figure out. I never tried the "find my car" feature but I think it's a great idea. I think the ride wait time is fairly accurate, not perfect but close enough.

Showing an incline or decline between layers and perhaps a direct route instead of roundabouts would be appreciated so navigation isn't as difficult. However it is a nice app, can choose what you are looking for whether bathroom or ride and single out height requirements.

This app needs improvement. I tried using it at times during our recent family trip to the park. The ride wait times are not accurate; they tend to be underestimated by approx 50%; they should learn from Disney on how to accurately measure these times. The navigation feature glitches and moves the map around on its own. The map search feature is good, but I found myself looking at the paper map more, since it provides a wider view; the map view shows a bad resolution version of the map. I expected more from a Hershey app.

The directions to other rides was wrong. We ended up asking the staff for directions.

This app was useless. The map did not show the location of the food vendors we were looking for. When I used the "take me there" feature to take me to a location all it did was have walk in a circle.

In general, I found this app helpful. The ride wait times listed were incorrect but everything else worked like a charm.

Love it it just has a couple wait times wrong but for the most part its awesome and I use it all the time even when I'm not there!????

Once you tap on the "Park Map" section, the whole phone freezes.. What's the point of downloading a park map of you can map on it? ????

I enjoy this app as it helps me find my car and usually tells me closed rides and wait times. However wait times aren't updated as often as they should be.

It doesn't recognize layers, but I did find most of the rides.

This app is very well laid out and has lots of information about ride wait times, dining options, and even can help direct you the ride, shop, or restaurant you want to go to next. Very pleased.
