InvCapMl permite varias tareas:

Edición: el sistema de edición de la aplicación, te va a permitir constituir un número ilimitado de plantillas con las que después trabajar.

Recolección: a modo de una base de datos, InvCapML permite recolectar datos de muchos tipos, mediante su agrupación en registros.

Búsqueda: a través de los filtros, el campo pointer o los criterios de búsqueda, podrás recuperar la información de los datos que guardas dentro de la aplicación. Imagina poder tener una base de datos con tus clientes en una sección, para poder recuperarlos desde otra, dedicada a realizar presupuestos.

Cálculo: a través del campo calculator, las expresiones y las funciones de serie, max, min, autosum... La aplicación permite realizar cálculos dentro de tus plantillas.

Conexión: conecta, unas con otras, las secciones de una memoria, mediante los campos, Insert, Delete, Update... De esta forma podrás, por ejemplo, realizar la actualización de varios registros de una sección, desde otra.

Informes: InvCapML permite la realización de informes en formato hoja de excel. Cuando creas un nuevo informe, este queda abierto en la memoria de la aplicación, permitiendo al usuario, introducir la información recopilada en sus plantillas dentro de el. Una vez terminado el informe, podrás guardado para una posterior visualización, pasarlo a tu ordenador o enviarlo por correo electrónico.

Importar: Si quieres crear una base de datos y ya tienes esos datos dentro de una hoja de excel, podrás importarlos directamente a tu dispositivo. Para que esta característica funcione, la hoja de excel deberá tener sus registros de la siguiente manera: cada fila de la hoja, será un registro y cada celda de la fila, será un dato del registro contenido en esa fila. Además, los datos contenidos en cada celda, deberán ser del mismo tipo y número, que los contenidos en la estrucrtura de la sección donde se van a depositar.

Plantillas externas: cualquier persona podrá pasar sus plantillas o capturas a tu dispositivo, ya sea por correo, por bluethoo, drive... Desde el menú principal podrás importar estos archivos para usarlos dentro de tu InvCapML. Se recomienda tener instalado un explorador de archivos en tu dispositivo para buscar las memorias, o capturas a importar. En esta versión, InvCapML, no trae un explorador de serie, yo suelo usar IeExplorer, pero podéis instalar cualquier otro.

InvCapMl allows several tasks:

Editing: the editing system application, will be allowed an unlimited number of templates that then work.

Harvesting: by way of a database, allows InvCapML collect data of many types, by grouping them in registers.

Search through the filters, the pointer field or the search criteria, can retrieve information from the data you store within the application. Imagine being able to have a database of your customers in one section, to recover from another, dedicated to making budgets.

Calculation: through the field calculator, expressions and string functions, max, min, AutoSum ... The application allows to perform calculations within your templates.

Connection: connect, with each other, sections of a report, by camps, Insert, Delete, Update ... This can, for example, upgrading a number of records of a section from another.

Reports: InvCapML allows the production of reports in excel sheet format. When you create a new report, this is open in memory of the application, allowing the user to enter the information gathered in your templates within. Once the report is finished, you'll be saved for later viewing, pass it on to your computer or email it.

Import: If you want to create a database and you have the data in an excel spreadsheet, you can import them directly to your device. For this feature to work, the excel sheet should have your records as follows: each row of the sheet, it will be a record and each cell in the row will be a thing of the register contents in that row. Furthermore, the data in each cell must be the same type and number, than those contained in the section estrucrtura where they will deposit.

External Templates: anyone can spend your templates or catch your device, either by mail, bluethoo, drive ... From the main menu, you can import these files for use within your InvCapML. It is recommended to have installed a file browser on your device to search for memories or catch on import. In this version, InvCapML not bring a scanner series, I usually use IeExplorer, but you can install any other.
