Hermes Parcel Manager

There is no point in this app doesn't tell you nothing new just tells you your parcels are on the way, this company is rubbish i have had so many problems with them in the past don't know why shop's still use them?? Best delivery company at the moment is DPD

Totally useless and in my opinion fraudulent and untruthful. They told me a parcel had been "securely left in porch" well I don't know who's porch but not mine. No way to contact them! Will the real Hermes please stand up and block/delete this appalling and disgraceful part of the group and disable the website and app!!! I hate liars.

Useless app like whole Hermes. Had to add my parcel manually through tracking number. Only information I get was that ny parcel is due to delivery today. When I get home my parcel was already there but no update on aplication. Dear Herpes learn from other companies like DPD how to deliver and how aplication should work.

Just tells me the same vague info I got in the email anyway. How very 2013. Think you need to invest in getting the tracking which some other companies now how. Even am or pm would help so we know if we can go and get some shopping.

Total crap. Told me my parcel had been delivered AND signed for. No such thing has happened. I rang Holland and Barrett who to be fair were very helpful. They contacted Hermes who 'spoke to their agent who will be delivering my package later today' We'll see....

? Couldn't make it work, tried for 15 minutes, also it did not accept a copy and paste of the 16 digit code, so gave up.. Found another similar app that worked immediately, then uninstalled this.

How in this day and age can a company like this still exist? Please avoid these couriers at all cost. Still haven't received my package after many months. They take no responsibility for their lack of customer relations.

Waste of time, don't waste your data! Try verification of email, says no internet connection And when they do give you a PIN to enter, it doesn't recognise it! There's secure, and there's no bl#%dy entry. If you still decide to give it a go, it's your choice!!

Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of these absolute idiots. They have no clue as to what a parcel delivery service is supposed to do and that is reflected in this app. It tells you absolutely nothing. It might as well just put up a message stating "Pray for a miracle, and your parcel might just arrive...possibly....sometime....provided the driver doesn't deliver to a completely inaccurate address 5 miles away and not bother telling anyone where it is".

I'd rather contract an STD then have Hermes deliver my parcel. What a pile of s### !!!! The driver said he couldn't find the house so just buggered off not notifying me or calling to check. If he couldn't find it the first time, how is he going to find it the second or third time? Idiots, with an idiotic system.

Telling you this company is very bad, ordered something for next day and they give it to these muppets.. App says my parcel has been signed and delivered no parcel has come so guess they have lost my parcel it's a load of crap!

My heart always sinks when I see that hermes will be delivering my parcel. Terrible company and terrible app that tells you nothing other than it's out for delivery. DPD app gives you real time tracking so you know exactly when it will arrive which is what I was expecting here.

Unbelievably appalling app. It only has one job & it can't even do that. Tracked 8 parcels using the web but the app never found any trace of them.

Crap delivery information. It says delayed due to address query. The address is right, even if it's not all they have to do is pick the phone and call me for the address. When tried to contact customer service. They were unhelpful. I will never use there service again. Don't bother to download the app waste of memory.

Oh dear. It's sadder than I thought. Got an error on opening. No delivery or collection planning. Just a notify. To be honest the same service you get from originator so no value add here. Consider business model canvas before creating an app. What are the pain relievers you expected to address?

I think the biggest feature lacking from this app is a treasure map or list of scavenger hunt clues, to help you locate your parcel after your couriers mark them "signed for by customer" but leave no card, and your crap app doesn't tell you where they've left the parcel. Third time in about 3 months.. good one Hermes

This application won't show progress of any of your active parcels at all if you are a sender. It doesn't know that they exist. It therefore fails to do the most useful thing that it could have done for My Hermes' customers

App works fine as far as it goes, but needs to offer more help and a contact to a human customer carer. Problem with my delivery from a retail company and I can't contact Hermes to try to hep fix the problem. Only get a recording telling me to try everything I have already tried several times. Wake up, Hermes!

I didn't even get past the first screen. When I entered my email it said it wasn't valid. I tried 3 different email addresses and got the same message for each one even though I know they were entered correctly.

I can't even log into my account apo sends some stupid pin and once in the app can't even see your parcels il stick with the Web interface for now. This is nonsense.

I wish I could give less than one star, I checked the app and it said my parcel was delivered to the shed in my back garden but I don't have a damn shed. It was actually at my back door step and it could of easily been stolen or damaged.

Doesn't give any additional tracking than what is already available on the website, which is also terrible. No real time tracking. Have to stay in all day for a delivery that doesn't turn up.

Pointless. Same detail as available on the tracking section of the company's website. The email suggestion to download the app implied more specifics than 'due to be delivered today '. I already know that.

Needs a new update message, straight after the message that says "on its way to the courier" it should say "your package has been stolen by your local Hermes courier"

Dear owner... sack everyone and start again! Or resign and let a proper parcel force like DPD manage or buy you out. If I ever buy something online and I find out its you delivering my stuff, I already know its either going to be at least a week late, damaged or not going to turn up at all even tho your thieving delivery drivers say its been delivered. Someone should sue this company and put them out of business for the stress you cause me and by the looks of things everyone else too. WORST!!!!

Don't waste your time installing it. You cannot find any of your parcels without logging back into the main website. As useless as the company themselves.

It does what it says on the tin, but provides exactly the same information as the Hermes website. Might be useful if you get dozens of deliveries from Hermes, but otherwise it just seems to be a waste of phone memory.

I would not recommend it. After many attempts it still insists that I have entered an incorrect email address. I have not! I will now remove it from my android phone. Rating Zero.

Why can't I register more email addresses in the same app? I use various emails for different sites so it would prove useful if I could add multiple emails and also zip codes so I could use it for work too.

App did not automatically pickup my order. Parcel search was rubbish. Weeks after my order still shows that I haven't received it?? Crap. Uninstall. Dpd much better.

Utterly useless but perhaps I should expect nothing less from the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. All I can do on this app is see I have a parcel coming, wow. I can't reschedule a delivery or contact the agent, what a waste of time.

The app is just as terrible as the service hermes provide. Unreliable couriers and now an app that doesnt tell me anything more than standard emails do. Would be a good idea to take tips and learn from DPD who are absolutely fantastic. Always delighted to find out my courier delivering parcels to me are DPD however when i find out that its hermes i am beyond disappointed. Sort it out!

These guys are by far the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with and the app is even worse. It doesn't tell you anything of any use, but makes you jump through hoops to get there. Don't install. Don't bother. If hermes have your parcel consider it lost or destroyed.

Haven't used it yet but if it's like there service then it's bound to be damaged because every parcel I received looks like it's been used as a football in every game played in a world cup. I don't know why companies still use them it must cost them a fortune in replacing goods damaged.

Apparently I don't have any parcels... Despite their website telling me I have two in transit, and dozens already delivered. Someone needs to sort this one out!!

I would like to know how long, or the ETA of my package arriving. I don't want to know that it's out for delivery and when I receive it. There are other companies that tell you what number drop you are and an estimated time of arrival. I don't want to wait in all day for a parcel

Can't copy and paste the 16 digit tracking number into the app so you have to try to memorise it in sections and keep going back into it. However, every time you switch apps and go back into it, the app goes back to the splash screen and clears whatever you've typed previously... Gives you the same information as the web tracking link anyway. The parcel was actually delivered by Hermes with no update or push notification from the app. A big, shiny pointless lump of code!

Doesn't display my parcels says it can't find any. I have at least 2 active as a sender now looking at other comments Hermes can't be bothered to fix the app any more than their response to a damaged or lost parcel

The local courier is okay, but this app is hopeless,put in my invoice number and postcode and it said it could not find my parcel though I knew it was on its way

Pointless app that tells you no more than the online tracking info, the most important info for me is a delivery ETOA or delivery window so I know roughly when to expect the parcel, not that it is with the courier as that doesn't help. So here I am xmas eve and parcel is with courier but I need to pop out for 20 mins but when can I go, who knows as you can guarantee they will appear when I pop out. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY OUT THERE AT THE MOMENT!!!
