eNotify Lite Alerts

Works great to keep an eye on my imap folders, if I attempt to execute an action on the received message (mark read, archive, delete) it fails though. Would be good if rules could be set up to move mail to other folders (not just junk, archive, deleted).

SPAM! ! ? ? WHY NOTIFY ME OF SPAM! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? GET AOL! ! ! ! ! NEED SPAM CHOICE ON POPUP! ! FROM SPAM JUNK ALERTS OR U KEEP GETTING CONSTANT! JUNK ALERTS!! ! ! ! The upgrade is $6! ! Which is far too much because I don't think it really improves the app that much. I would get the update if it was cheaper like 2 or $3

This is so useful. I tag certain emails (server notifications) that arrive using gmail, and this picks up on that happening and alerts me when gmail gets one of these emails. Even if I've got my gmail open, this makes sure I know straight away of these important emails.

Worst notification app I have used. Spontaneously, Google Play pages open full screen and obstruct the the ability to use the phone, or even dismiss the ad. Clicking the back button keeps opening another Google Play page. NOW IMAGINE HAVING TO DO THIS WHILE DRIVING! I have never had such a poorly designed application.

It's very efficient. As a volunteer firefighter. We get emails from dispatch, on top of our pages. This apps works every time to notify me of a call when I'm out of pager range. Will be buying the paid version shortly.

After developer getting it working for 7.1 it works until you add and save an IMAP account. Then it crashes and loses the IMAP account. Really need to do some QA on this imho.

I'm using this to sync one email address while I have sync on my device off (to save battery). The custom sounds are pretty neat, and while the app looks old, it does a great job!

I like to have individual notifications for specific senders and found this app. It's been great so far and works a treat.

Does its job well and very customizable. One of the best apps for Android. Has all the features you want from a notification app.

Email notification with Gmail is not working real-time . I did wait till 10-15 min after the mail entered in my Gmail inbox. But notification sound did not trigger. The moment I launched enotify app..then the notification sound get triggered and I saw the email processed by enotify just then..

Meanwhile, I solved my issue more comprehensively by learning how to use my mail client's per-folder settings properly, rendering eNotify redundant for my needs. Thanks! [solved] My primary use case would be to receive notifications for IMAP folders other than my Inbox. However, even though I set the account to "accept all certificates", verify fails with CertPathValidatorException.

After 2 days of my tedious search I found this app which solved sms alert on keyword problem. Email alert also works good. I liked bell chimes and bugle alarm in sound collection.

No longer works with self signed certs.

Since the last two updates my phone cannot keep enough battery throughout the night. Downgraded to version 4 and battery issue is gone. Would recommend the older version not the newer ones

I created two brand new accounts to use with this app, an AOL account and a Hotmail account. Both of these are acceptable account types for this app. Neither one will give me a Check Connection that succeeds. Always times out. App is therefore useless.

Now I know when texts etc hit my phone!! Great app :)

This app is absolutely amazing. I use it a lot for IT notifications and have a 911 text alert that'll sound an alarm if my wife messages me that. Would love an easy on off widget though.

Gave it a shot to see if I could customize sms messages, so I could know who was texting me by sound, and repeat messages to not miss them anymore, didn't work at all, didn't cause sms notifications to repeat and didn't allow sms sounds to be customized, should be a built in android function like ring tones.

The one reason I downloaded this app was to set repeating SMS notifications for specific contacts. I built and configured the alert, tested it twice and the notification never repeated. Update: I appreciate the swift reply from Varietas Software. "repeating alerts are cancelled as soon you interact with eNotfiy in any way. During your test, please ensure that you close the app and do not touch the status bar or popup notification." During my tests I set up the repeat notification at 1 minute intervals for a specific contact. I then texted myself from the other contact's phone and let the first notification sound, then waited 5 minutes and no reminder fired on either test. I did not have the eNotify app running and did not touch the phone.

Do you only want to be alerted to emails from specific people, domains, etc? Do you want a certain tone telling you this? Do you want repeat alerts like every 5 mins so that you don't miss these messages because you put your phone down and missed it? And do you want to not have to look at your phone constantly? All this and many more features are here with this app. Plus, the guy that supports and/or created it, responds right away to you and assists in problem resolution immediately.

Works great and individual notifications are awesome! If and when I have any issues their support team contacts me back immediately.

Only using the email notification at the moment. So far it is great and reliable! Similar programs have failed. Developer answered my question quickly even for the free version! This is the way it should be and I am now considering buying the full version.

Not working all time for some reason. Over the last 2 days keeps crashing multiple times a day. Was actually looking to upgrade to paid version. Not sure now. When it does work it's very efficient

I've been looking for a app like this that can override silent mode using filters for email since I switched from blackberry over a year ago. This app works like wonders!

Weird setup

I have used this app for over a year. Works great and as designed, however since the latest update it has become the #1 battery draining application on my phone. This happened just recently and would hope there is a fix forthcoming.

I have not been able to find a good email app that supports custom notification rules. Alas, I found eNotify! This app is very intuitive, easy to setup, and works as advertised.
