Why why why does it not sync with myherbalife and tell us our VP? Why does it say 0 when first logged. Also I get error message of 'can not sync prosucts for your country' everytime an update conpletes. Not cool

Sry guys but you need to make this app work! It crashes as soon as I wanna add products to the basket, doesn't have the plus sign in the top right corner as displayed in the app tour, and generally does NOT work at all on my galaxy note 4. This is sad because I already ordered the Tanita Scale that is supposed to be working with it. PLS Fix this asap!!

not a clue how to access our account. no instructions as to how to create, edit or even retrieve forgotten account details and passwords. just a simple message saying "wrong details, go bang ur head against a wall till u figure it out on ur own (if ever)" no support section whatsoever.
