App is very slow and long lag between going from email to password and then to submit. Was faster several months ago...would have been convenient if the mychart app allowed for refills instead of having to use this app.

Galaxy s7 edge. Keyboard input is excruciatingly slow. Takes about 2 seconds for each keypress to be recognized. Renders the app just about useless. Expected better from HFHS.

Need to have the option to "hide" or "delete" the 1 time prescribed medications so they don't keep coming up as a reminder.

I've been waiting for this app for years. The app is great for refills and I love that you can get dosage, prescription, and even appointment reminders either texted or emailed to you. You decide if, when, and how you would like to receive reminders. Love it!

I think it should tell you the price of your meds like other pharmacies so at least you have an idea.

On my S7 Edge, is so slow to accept keyboard input that I thought the app had frozen. Once past the login, other keyboard input is fine. I've been computing for 35 years, and I've never seen a login screen that functions worse. Seriously, it took over a minute to enter my recovery password! Fire the programmer that wrote the login screen! What did they do, send each character of the password validated before placing it?
