Organize all your student information, manage their attendance and payments.
This is a great tool for all tutors, teachers, personal trainers and coaches to maintain all their student/client records, attendance information, payment information and have an easy to use methods to view and modify that data.
The tool provides the user with the capability to:
• enter and maintain detail student information (including their pictures),
• enter one week's attendance and duplicate it on weeks to follow,
• view the weekly and daily student attendance,
• easily enter and modify payments,
• keep track of weekly, monthly and yearly earnings,
• view the earnings graph based on students/clients,
• view weekly earning graphs to track the income progress,
• send individual and/or multiple emails to the students/clients,
• modify the calendar to view only the desired time period,
• store not attending students in a separate list for record keeping,
• export Excel version of the weekly schedule and payment info for printing,
• and much more.
The app provides a capability to export the entire database to a location on your device, which later, can be moved to a PC, to a backup device or to another mobile device.
In case of purchasing a new tablet, saved database can be easily imported and all the data will be available in the new device.

Since this is the free version of the app, it only allows you to add up to 3 students at a time.

This app seems very interesting and may be what i have been looking for, but it crashes at star on my galaxy tab 7 with gingerbread 2.3.3...shoukd this be supported? I see lots of 5 starts so will keep the raiting untill i can actually test it. Thanks

Looks good from the video but crashes. This is when you hold tablet in horizontal. Works though when held vertically. How strange!! A shame really. Please fix!!!!

The layout of this app on a tablet is perfect. Makes it easy to use. Also, the app shows a good knowledge of what a tutor needs to run their business. The lite version lets you get your feet wet and determine if this is right for you. Good work!
