WINCH DRIVER

WINCH (a Kuwaiti term for tow truck) is Kuwait’s first roadside assistance app that gets rid of the hassles of any car troubles you might face by connecting you to a network of experienced tow truck drivers at the click of a button.

How to use Driver Version:

• Contact Admin to create an account for you.
• Allow GPS to pinpoint your location on the map.
• Select your status as “Busy” or “Available”
• Wait to receive notifications of WINCH requests or check list of existing requests.
• Accept a WINCH request, and head to your customer using the map.

The app requires good service and internet connection. Any disruptions may be due to connection with network.
