tried it three tiems, i select creat cvs file, and then it just freezes up on my htc sensation. wont work, unstalling :(

It really works as stated,but there is no option to get the contacts. back to phone .hence 4 stars otherwise it should be 5 stars.i like this app very much. A great app.

Good apps. Please add waiting message while backup process. Also try to add restore option. But very excellent email option.

It says file created for both the CSV and TXT file. Clicked "View CSV / Text File" and received the following,"No application found to view the file." for either the txt or csv files. Really?!? I have more than one app to view txt files, but the app itself doesn't have a way to view what it created?

Useless. Only allows 50 contacts unless you buy the "Pro" version.

The complaints are obviously coming from inexperienced PC & Android/Linux users. If you use a PC, open the csv file using Notepad2 and try to follow the author's instructions. Did someone miss this? - "For Lite version, up to 50 contacts are restored". Several contact lists will reside on a device and this app can only utilize a single list. It cannot consolidate lists. Using the app called, "Contacts+", consolidates my device's contact lists into a single main list and then "Contacts Backup and Restore Lite" then utilizes this "master" list as its resource.

Still a raw product, but full of adds

The new update is horrible. Does not take a complete back up and data on the file is confusing and not properly formatted. Please back the old version or correct the issues

Nice app to backup contacts and restore them though Upto 50 in lite version

(HTC G2) I had many contacts that were only saved on my phone and wanted to migrate everything to google contacts. This was a simple and effective app. A couple drawbacks I noticed: It only seems to do name, number type, and one phone number; also it does not label the columns. These were easily to remedy though.

Many other apps saves in some 91E.+ this type of numbers, but its Text Option is something to look out for, it has no issues. Awesome way to take print outs.

I was looking for an app which would simply back up the contacts on my sim into a CSV file. This does exactly that, and without any problem. All the contacts on my sim were backed up successfully. What more, the app has the option of backing up on a text file too, which is also a good feature. All in all a useful and a great app. Keep up the good work. It would be great if you could provide a restore option as well, like you have wrote in the description.

It works well to save and backup contacts from phone, will be good if the csv or text file can be imported to phone.

Finally a contact backup app that works. Very basic, only name and phone number. No mail, nothing else. Samsung SG2.
