The worst service i have ever seen ..appointment at 1 pm and even at 4 no one calls up...the person alloted if contacted doesnot even know what the hell is happening ...ur using this at ur peril stupid people and app

No response from customer service for a refund that I am supposed to get.. Well a guy came home and saw my fridge and did not even touch it and said nothing can be done.. For that I had to pay 500 bucks.. I had asked atleast 50% refund not even full refund.. They did not even respond to my email..

I booked appointments for plumbing service. The person they assigned was out of station. They don’t maintain. Any record about the people. Tried to call multi times customercare . From morning there executive are busy. Please don't pay while booking. They make you rotate.

I have used pest control for the second time and it wasn't a happy service. Within a less than a month the pests in the house were back. When enquired the agent on call was repeatedly trying to sell me their annual plan instead of fixing the issue. Never going to use their service anymore. Thanks

They take the bookings according to their requirement and does Not provide you the services. They call and keep changing the schedule ! Would never recommend helpr to anyone !

The app is either a lousy or NOT a user friendly app..The only option i see for Hyderabad is just pest control..Tried using search..yes, it doesn't work either...I guess helpr.in itself needs some helpers to fix itself first...Big thumbs down

I used helpr for the 1st time today. Booked for refrigerator service. Was really satisfied with the work done by the provider. So I have booked for plumbing and electrical services just now. Hope those services will also be as good as being expected..

I was looking for a carpenter, booked it for next day , after waiting for a hour of thr booking time no one turned up neither anyone called me.Then fianlly i called back only to know that the guy is not comming.

It's scam service provider, please friends don't get traped wasting time waiting for them to fix problem

I used helpr for pest control...but no use...even with couple services...no use...if I call customer care....no response....for emails...no response....VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...

I used Helpr for a couple of plumbing and pest control services. The plumbing services was fantastic. I faced an issue with my washing machine tap for 7years, with no avail from other plumbers. Only a Helpr plumber was able to solve this. My first experience with pest control was not good, so I raised a flag with Helpr. They were quick to provide a free follow up service, which helped solve the pest issue in my house to a large extent. Their folks mostly are extremely professional and well equipped.

The toilet bowl was not even touched, forget about cleaning it. The drain was full of hair n other dirt when they left. The cleaning equipment used corroded some portion of the marble in the washroom, inspite of asking them about it in advance. Mirror wasn't cleaned properly. Many parts of the washroom were left untouched. Tube light cover was not fixed properly. They even took away 2 of my cleaning brushes with them. Overall a very bad experience. Won't recommend them at all.

The technician came in proper time and he repaired in proper way . I loved it . Actually there was no fault but the pin dropped which we see switch gets down in case of heavy voltage. He made the switch up by just clicking it. Any way it helped me a lot but 450 rs for the stuff is expensive. So 4 star.

Booked twice. Excellent service and professional touch. In a new place or city where you don't belong this app is of a great use. I have contacts of 5 local electricians and no one turns up to install a couple of plug points. Even if ready to pay. Helpr is the saviour.

Play store should give the option of Zero star rating which would compliment the service of Helper. Pathetic Service. Plumber did not bother to call us, kept us waiting & did not respond to our calls. Finally picks up the call post the slot & says cannot make it. Great customer service experience of making us wait & waste our Sunday with no response. Will not recommend to family & friend. Hope I could have tagged the review to Facebook.

Highly disappointed by the service. Booked for a bed bug control. They did it twice and the spray which they used didnt have any effect on the bugs. I feel i wasted my money by booking/trusting helpr services. I want my money refunded back. Even after you said one of your executive will get in touch to resolve the issue nobody has responded yet. I wrote to the founders and there was no reply from them either.

The cleaning service was satisfactory. However, dissatisfied on the punctuality. I booked the 1 PM - 4 PM slot. But the team reached at 5:15 PM, after several follow ups calls to your incharge (Ravi) and your customer care team. Improve your punctuality, will definitely recommend to others..

This was my first experience with Helpr and I am increasing the rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I am increasing the rating as my concern was immediately attended by mgmt team. I got an immediate call and service was booked. Service provider reached on time and provided prompt service. Service provider was very knowledgeable and answered everything logically and with facts. Everybody makes mistakes but what is important, is to correct them. Thank you and I would like to again use Helpr services.

+ves Live tracking of job. -ves: No transparency in billing. Technician out to fleece the customers. I emailed their customer experience support, Likitha works for helpr and she conveniently skipped my concern. May be she is getting kickback from all these wrong practices

The service has gone from best to worst. I had enlisted for rodent control, sure enough, the inspection session was all fine. But after waiting for days for the final quotation and 2 follow ups, they are yet to revert or send a service person to fix my rodent problem. I've already moved to a different service provider. Hopeless service which used to be good a few months back. Edit: They did a thorough followup after the complaint. And promised me service on a date of my convenience. Updating my rating.

No follow-up service done. It dont think senior management is worried what the end associate work with customers

Hi team, I am the first time user of your app. The very first service didn't go well. Till the scheduled time the technician didn't turn up so I personally called him. He told that he met with an accident. No one from helpr didn't even update me on alternate arrangements. A very worst experience and will not recommend to any one

Helpr helped me in fixing my new rental place. I got a plumber, cleaner, electrician etc. The apps has been a great support. They notify me when the agent is about to come, charges, coupons etc. The services are delightful and satisfactory. The charges affordable and it's like 1 solution to all the household problems.

Incompetent service guys recommended we change our washing machine and indoor unit for AC. Thank God we took a second opinion. A good service and the washing machine was working. A proper cleaning and the AC was working. Uninstalled this app and will never trust these people again.

I have used helpr before, though a little expensive, I preferred it for its professional approach. But this time I had called in for a washing machine repair guy, and he never showed up and they on their own canceled the request. Ridiculous service. They were good when they started.

Been using Helpr for almost a year for plumbing, electrical and pest control. Their pricing is very clear and nominal. The staff are very disciplined and well mannered . Would recommend to anyone. Good job keep it up

Good services are provided in all platforms but huge difference on prices between cities.. Especially its expensive in Bangalore .

Have no words to describe it's pathetic service A company that has conned customers to take up annual services and shut down operations. I would like to get a refund rather than chasing for services that are delayed and disrupting my internal schedules

I have recently shifted to Chennai and the new house that we moved into had lot of hard water stains that got 'cemented' on the toilet pots... Helpr helped me get rid of that at a very reasonable expenses. Thanks helpr !!

Worst service.nobody turns up as per schedule. They just cancel it as per their convenience when we try to call and find out why they havent turned up.

Please update 2017 dates. I booked help on helpr for 2nd jan (monday) 12:00-2:00pm, on helpr calender it is shown as 2nd jan(tuesday)..no call/response till now.

Genuine and honest people. They never over charge or show unnecessary expenses just to make money. A big thumbs up

Only area of improvement is better cleaning solutions, not equipments. Better marketing solution - was expecting a floor mat with helpr logo on it for first time clients. Word of mouth is the best marketing than e or online..

Ridiculous Service in Coimbatore. Tried booking a plumber one morning in May 2017 - the "supervisor" ended up postponing thrice and the plumber finally showed up the next day late in the evening. Inspected the job and said its too late to buy anything and never showed up later. Tried again today to book a kitchen cleaning service and the app booked an appointment for 9:00 am. Now the "supervisor"again wants to reschedule to tomorrow. Don't install this app if you want good service. Install it if you are a patient jobless person willing to wait 48 hours after the promised time every time you book, only to get miserable service. Like many other startups these guys seem to be losing operational control as they scale. Their service was good in 2016 when I first used them. Now their service is pathetic and shows very high mismanagement. A good app ruined by poor execution on the ground.

Fantastic service,polite behavior and acts accordingly. It arrived before the time slot booked taking prior permission to come early. I would recommend this service.

Helpr really was useful when they had plumbing and carpentry and electrician services. Unfortunately that has been removed. Not helpful anymore

Very bad experience with HELPR. At last I can say better it is so expensive.

Got my home cleaned before I moved to Bangalore and it was so worth it. All the kitchen stains and paint leftovers were thoroughly cleaned by the team. Good job guys.
