I hate service not app. U told me to repair screen is 210aed, than after u change to 292aed. Not so fair!! Can't pay that fee, take the phone coz can buy new same phone in same amount.

Horrible service. Took more than a week to get my phone screen changed. Could have got it done at a mall in 20 mins. Also pretty bad customer service would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service and dishonest providers. Cannot recommend.

Service is innovative, but expensive. Probably the target crowd is the upper class segment. They need to probably think over this.

A well built app, however Helpbit's service is to be questioned.. Service was not completed and I have still been charged for the full amount, issue is currently being investigated.

It's a very handy app to get all the home chores done in a blink of an eye )) keep it up you have solved a biggest problem in Dubai.

This app is very user-friendly and looks elegant in its simplicity, amazing Customer Service, shows willingness to help and go extra mile, looking forward to see more services soon!

This is an amazing application.. makes our life easier.. the customer service are very friendly and accommodating and also the service providers are professional. This application is the best in town, makes life easier and help is only in your fingertips

Application is awesome but i can not select multiple services. In addition to that it should have option to upload the picture of the item that needs to be repaired so vendor should know what exactly is the work.

The worst service ever. I submitted a request for fixing my mobile and they gave me a pickup time, and since three days i am waiting for them to collect the phone. I submitted question to the support to check when they arecoming, no one even replied to me. Very very bad

Worst service, my phone was broken and I had given for repairing. Helpbit returned it with black coloured display when I had ordered for white display. They promised me to replace the phone on 27th Dec 2016 and till today I didn't receive the device on my hand, instead they have sent it to someone else who is having the same name as mine. I had to uninstall all paid apps and wait for the new device and since they didn't deliver the new device I will have to reinstall the apps.

Horrible service. They are unable to manage suppliers. Last minute cancellation. Not recommended.

The App is useful and eady to use. but missing some options in some services.
