A simple way to connect thousands of diabetics to eachother from all over the world or right in your own city. Has a friendly user interface and the people that Ive connected with so far seem genuinely caring and want to help. Whether its trading supplies or you just want to connect with someone going through your same struggles, it can all be here. There are over 20 mil diabetics in America alone, lets get this app up to pokemon go download numbers!!!!!

Continual app freezes. Tried changing default profile info & it won't save anything. I allowed app permission to access my location, but it won't recognize the location either. Already sent email to support@helparound.co with no follow-up response. Uninstalled until further improvements.

Seems to think I'm in Bucharest and won't let me save the edit on my profile. Load screen until it fails when I try to go into groups.

App won't allow me to log in. Everytime I enter my log in code it tells me wrong code.

Keeps freezing amd doesn't allow to view all menus..

What a concept! The app connects people with diabetes which allows for extra piece of mind and help for newly diagnosed people and their caregivers. Also connects those who, for whatever reason, are having trouble getting much needed medicine.

Before I had tried to use the app and there were many issues with it, but now that it has been updated and worked on I can honestly say that I love this app! This gives diabetics the means too get as much help as they need with great ease of access! I look forward to being as much help as possible to anyone that needs it! Great fixes and improvements guys! Love the app.

I can't install the latest update, please help

I've had this app before and I loved it. I downloaded it yesterday and one I signed in I couldn't get the app to open. It just closed, I reported it several times.

I would really like this app to work, but I can't even reply to someone and nothing about the app works for me it mostly says that there was an error. Please fix.

Every time I put in my phone number is doesn't work. Keeps telling me too check the number? It's my cell phone number, I know the number. This app it a great idea but not doing too going getting it started up.

Love the app. It has a couple things that need improvement . That will probably come with time. Luke any multiperson app the more that have it the better.

it doesn't even really work

Hello. Please count me among the others who do not want all my facebook contacts, my public profile, friend list, email addresses, news feeds, groups, and likes associated with this. I had hoped for something unrelated. We've already consolidated way too much personal information in facebook, on google, and on numerous other places on the web. This should have been something separate. Hell, none of my facebook contacts even have diabetes. What does this have to do with them? I don't even know yet what this app really is and before I can even see what it looks like or get an overview, I have to give it my entire life. Sorry, no! This is not for me. One more thing, I am very public about my diabetes. I am already willing to talk to my friends about it. But, they can't help me. The information is a one way flow from me to them so that they know enough about the illness to not be afraid for me. The fatal design flaw seems to have been building this app on faceschnook.

Can't get it to work this week at all. It worked when I first installed it but now crashes every time. I sent reports when it prompted me. I have a Galaxy s4.

Would freeze or close on me every time I open it

This app seamed appealing as a way to get help for emergencies but now (March 2014) it's just another platform for discussion forums. There are tons of web forums and forum apps to discuss disease-related topics so I don't want this app posting and notifying me about general discussions. Developers; please focus on the emergency -alert and assistance theme by having an emergency-only setting that would exclude general topics. Also, this page says version 1.2.3 lets you easily leave networks but I can't find that option in the app.

Installed for first time and it keeps Force Closing so I have to uninstall. Too bad because maybe i could have used it!
