Feel Stress Free for Android
It's buggy and counter intuitive in its design. Don't try to have so many gimmicks if you can't do any of them right! It's just agitating to use - I'm trying to play your minigames, and all of them are designed like they're for Windows 98. The idea with phone apps is that the user will tap somewhere else than where you want them to - don't lock up interaction until the user figures out what tiny icon is the clickable one. Design around it! Let players skip tutorials! By forcing it you've made it agitating. The recorded messages and videos are fine, but you should have kept it a simple menu of those since you can't make cleanly designed games/ gimmicks.
I found the deep breathing exercising really helpful and can be done anywhere.
The content has a remarkable similarity to a tape and booklet I originally developed in 1984. It used Jacobsen's Progressive Muscular Relaxation, Autogenic Relaxation and Meditational Relaxation. As these methods are all well established I'm sure the app will be useful for some and the graphics are a very pleasant addition. I also liked the links to research. There are some minor wrinkles that could do with sorting and I feel the app might potentially have more to offer as it is a little limited. Overall, a useful introduction to simple relaxation techniques and stress reduction. Not sure how much I would be prepared to pay for it though.
Says it's a free app, but once you download it and try to use it, you find out it's by subscription only.
This app helped me manage my day to day stress. Its simple to use, engaging and the exercises can be done anywhere and anytime. Would recommend!
90% behind a paywall. Only available part poorly designed.
