헬로페이는 소상공인들을 위한 편리한 스마트폰 결제 앱 입니다.
스마트폰 전용 카드결제기(LG U+ 비즈페이나우)와 연동되어 기존 카드단말기 대신 사용하실 수 있습니다.


[사용방법]

1. 앱을 다운받은 후 고객센터(1644-6884)로 전화주시면 사용하실 가맹점아이디를 발급해 드리겠습니다.
(사업자등록증, 통장사본 필요)
2. 발급된 아이디로 로그인합니다.
3. 결제금액 입력 후 단말기 부착 후 “결제하기” 버튼을 클릭합니다.
4. 결제할 카드를 긁으시면 고객서명 입력 후 결제승인이 이루어집니다.
5. 결제영수증은 문자나 이메일로 발송할 수 있습니다.
6. 결제취소: 결제취소 클릭 후 결제목록에서 결제 취소할 대상을 선택 후 “결제취소” 버튼을 클릭하면 결제가 취소됩니다.


[빠른정산 서비스]

- 고객이 카드로 결제한 금액을 영업일 기준으로 익일에 입금해드리는 서비스입니다.
- 빠른정산 서비스(영업일기준 +1일)는 일반정산 서비스(영업일기준 +4일)에 추가수수료가 발생합니다.


[손쉬운 카드 결제 및 취소]

- 휴대폰의 이어폰 단자에 페이나우 기기를 장착 후 카드를 긁으시면 손쉽게 결제하실 수 있습니다.
- 결제 취소도 원터치로 손쉽게!

[How to use]

1. please call our Customer Center (1644-6884) After you've downloaded the app and we will issue you a Merchant ID to be used.
(Business license, a copy of bank account required)
2. Log in to the issuance of ID.
3. The payment terminal input, and then attach and click the "Make Payment" button.

6. Payment Cancellation: Click Cancel to cancel payment after payment and then select the destination from the payment list by clicking on the "Billing Cancel" button, the payment will be canceled.
