Very confusing and frustrating app to use! I've been taking the VCTC for over a year now and find buses leaving 3-5 mins. Earlier than they're supposed to and this app does not show that! This week alone us as passengers had to tell a new bus driver where to stop! The buses don't have numbers or locations to reflect where they're going. I hope someone takes charge of this at VCTC and improves their broken system.

Useless, It just told me that the next bus was not coming for 98 minutes.... When it was here already. Even after this bus the next one's in 40 minutes not 98
