I have no clue how to check a route. I'm standing at 16th Bart, wanting to go to mcb. So I choose 16th as the direction (why the hack it's called direction, I have no idea). When I click on the Stop list, there are 2 choices of mcb. Clicking on the first one produces no info. Clicking on the 2nd one tells me 12 mins. This doesn't give me a sense of certainty. I decide to wait and see if the info is accurate. Lo and behold the bus arrives in 3 mins. What gives? Do I use the app wrong?

Bring a shuttle user, I found this app is really great

I've missed many shuttles because for some reason buses disappear from the estimated arrival times for up to 30 min and it's hard to know whether or not a shuttle was re routed or not. And then it appears again and by then it's too late to catch. I'm not sure who's fault this is but it's infuriating and makes the Ucsf shuttle system a horrible waste of time and resources.
