Hello Heart • Premium for Android
It worked great until I installed the update. Now it just crashes every time I attempt to open it. Hopefuly this gets fixed soon.
This app is useless. You can't log in to it no matter how complex your password is or is not and support takes days to get back to you. Update: not only does the app not work, but support stops responding when they can't figure out the problem. I can't believe my company pays for this junk. I've talked with coworkers who have also had problems, and just gave up. At least we get a free BP monitor from it. Update: after weeks of their development team looking at the issue, apparently using Galaxy Note 4 on Verizon uses a java version that causes a little known problem with their app. At least the iOS version mostly works.
Worked grate till they updated to make you put a password in every day.... also HAVE to put my password in twice every time....
Worked with my blood pressure monitor for about a week. Now I can't find my additional readings.
Bp monitor stoppep working after update to Oreo 8.1
Was working fine until the latest update. Now can no longer log in. Also drops connection with the BP device fairly regularly.
I take and show my doctor there recordings and he loves it
Was working fine, then Med notification decided to stop. Emailed support. If they are responsive in the way customer service should be I will readjust my rating. Their web site is kind of useless and tells you little with no support link available, The FAQ's are marketing, not helpful information.
Repeatedly looses blue tooth connections between the phone and their blood pressure meter.
Cute little app that connects to the BP monitor ok. It only gets 3 stars tho because...1. The monitor allows for 2 people to take their BP but the app does not recognize the 2nd person. 2. There is no export of results. How can I show my Dr my results? The clinic isn't in your list. 3. The results do not rotate when I turn my phone. Portrait mode only. This is bad in this day and age! 4. "Personalized" advice? Highly doubtful.
Great app for tracking blood pressure and weight, also has very helpful tips
Total piece of junk. Don't waste your time. Machine only paired once for a week and stopped working after trouble shooting. Better off using my Omron I have that works ten times better than this crap. Tech Support is slow and doesn't answer their phones. I'm done.
The features and interface are great. But the app opens itself every time there is a notification and I unlock my screen. That is unacceptable.
This app opens every time I open messaging. Something is completely flawed with its permission and access. Uninstalling and returning everything, going back to omrom.
App fails often and mobile app engineers blame problem on every device and os but not the hello heart app shortcomings .
Latest update crashed. Can't log in. Useless.
I can no longer sign into this app. The upgrade obviously affected the sign in process.
Great way to regularly monitor your BP. In a positive and constructive way, the app encourages you to track your blood pressure and offers suggestions on small things you can do to lower your blood pressure.
Knowledge is power. This is, hands-down, the most comprehensive, beautiful and well thought of BP tracker out there. It educates you and puts you in control.
