Food was yummii and easy to prepare as promised. I wish we could have healthier meal options though, for example organic wild rice with quinoa instead of plain Jasmin rice. Also would be nice to order as needed instead of committing to a plan.

Why don't you use Android's recommendations and let the phone set the language? Your app is available in English but I can only see the Dutch language because my account is in NL... Bad programming and product ownership!

My family and I are really enjoy the FRESH variety and delicious, meals that I am conviently ordering. The plan we have are still my home-cooked meals with a twist. Which I am learning how to cook with. I will definitely tell all my friends and family . Thank you! HELLO FRESH!

I like this app but as a Dutch customer I can't seem to access the reward points on the app or the NL website. Please fix this in upcoming updates.

I love Hello Fresh and the recipes are great, but the app could do with inproving, especially the ingredient filter. Filtering on 'paprika' and 'pork' for instance does not find the recipe for Paprika Pork! I'd also like to be able to search within my favourites, and to browse vegetarian recipes without having to search on individual vegetables or hope that 'veg' is in the title. Box/menu selection function is really good though.

I love this app and my subscription. It actually saves me money because Im making less trips to the store, and my family is eating healthier. Not to mention the convenience and learning how to cook as well.

I wish there was a way to add additional meals for a single week- similar to the skip week button, instead of having to change your plan. This would come in handy when you have guests for a werk.

When i go into the recipe the intructions wont come up. This is on my tablet. It only has the pictures. Other wise the recipes are great. Let me know a solution

I love this app and I love Hello Fresh. Meals are delicious and easy to prepare. I tell everyone I can about Hello Fresh and I can't talk about it enough. Customer service is wonderful if you ever have an issue.

I get an error when I try to view the "explore" or "my menu" pages

I like the concept, but I keep not getting notifications to choose my menu. Which means I keep getting unexpected deliveries

The app makes things super convenient and this service is a big pricy but effing spectacular.

Just got my first ever Hello Fresh food box. E everything inside was covered by some gel-like transparent substance, probably cooling ice, which had soaked the food stuff, paper bags; pretty disgusting. When I called Hello Fresh, the representative of the company had such an attitude of unfriendliness I cancelled the plan right away.

There one thing I want from this app - to be able to quickly see what meals are coming up and select then. Instead I get "explore" and "free food" and a whole pile of other useless stuff. The actual purpose is the app is buried deep in the UX.

Great food and easy to follow instructions however we have only had 1 box out of 5 that had no problems. The others have all been missing ingredients and today we received an order covered in leaked sour cream. The box was damp like it had been left out in the rain as well. Customer service's idea of 'making it right' was to refund us for the cream and tell us to wash off the rest and use it anyway. Customers should not have to make do with subpar items and fix your mistakes.

Very poorly designed program. Went in to check it out before deciding to order. Need to create an account (okay fine) AND put in credit card information. And it STILL doesn't show you what the meal options are. I'm sorry but I'm not blindly committing to ordering something when I have no idea what the meals are going to be. I'll stick to Chefs Plate. They're priced better and they're transparent with what the meal options are each week to choose from.
