Hello Expense

I had exported my data in CSV format but when I try to import it, I am getting error that CSV file is corrupted. I am not able to import my 2 years data. Please do something about it. Otherwise its simple and neat application. Giving 3 star due to this issue only. Updates (7-Nov-17): I wish it has option for repeat expenses. I need to move to other app due to this missing feature. Please add repeat expenses feature and improve export and import even if its paid. Updates (10-Nov-17): Thanks a lot for response. Now i can say its perfect and simple app. Hats off to the team for developing such a useful app that too without any adds.

Great app, no bloat at all.

Use it to track my "free spending" allowance we budget each month. I enter my monthly allowance amount, then enter everything I spend from my allowance. Hello Expense calculates my balance, so when I'm out shopping, I always know exactly how much I can spend. As a bonus, I always have a record of what I have bought, what I paid, and when I bought it. I set up another account to track sales income and expenditures from my photography business so I can accurately report income to the IRS. Easy. Accurate. Convenient.

Fantastic app. Very useful for tracking expenses and comes with some handy graphs to visualize the date. On top of that you can export the data to make use in other accounting software, like GNUcash for example.

Its an easy to use, very simple and complete expense manager application, really loving it! Love the added Google Drive backup

My primary use for this app is to record transactions that occur on a daily basis, and then export them via email at the end of the the month. It works better than any other applications that I have tried for that purpose.

The app is superb... Kudos to the developer. Just to draw your attention, I would like to tell you a small bug. When year view is selected if you select and hold two years, then the options come for comparing. However, in the comparison window different​ year gets selected with all wrong data. Also, it would be great if the the second to first tag merging feature is available. Since second tag is deprecated now, so this feature will help old user tracked using second tag will come in search result now. Please provide some guide for using developer options.

Great app for tracking your expenses in multiple currencies. Simple, fast and easy to use ... very useful. Keep up the good work!! If i could i qould add anothet 1 or 2 other stars. New feature to sync data via bluetooth is simple and fast and pain free... simply put awesome app that will actually make your life easier.

Everything is pretty easy to use: adding entries, setting up categories, viewing year/month expenses in total and per category. Wish there was a function to view expenses in a specified period, e.g. 15/XY - 15XZ to see how much of my monthly pay was spent in that period.

This is the best app for tracking expenses. Tags feature is what gives an edge. I use tags to represent the card I use to make the payments and it becomes quite easy to check and balance credit card statements. Thank You.

Multiplication symbol not visible in calculator Rectified in next update

Wish it had an option to not display currency. Does not have rupee symbol...and probably tons of others missing. No need for any symbol really. Otherwise it's excellent, simple, gets the job done. Will try it, but just that one currency issue makes it unusable. Imagine using a pound symbol for all your expenses because the dollar sign (or none) is not available.

Once you get your catagories setup and have entered a database of expense notes - HELLO EXPENSE require a minimum number of key strokes to get the task done. It also has fairly large text for easy recognition and use on mobile devices.

Great app! Simple, easy to use. Pretty much does everything I need it to do. The only thing I wish it had was an option to calculate category totals biweekly. Other than that, I love it!

I spent hours trawling through apps looking for an expense manager - none met my needs till Hello Expense - I love the GUI and logical flow - very well thought out and after a short learning curve simple to use - Top Work - Donation to follow ! One feature request - 10 stars (+ cup of coffee !) if I can view the next recurring expense so I can have the option of paying early - the reason is I get paid 4 weekly but some expenses are due on a given day each month so I pay off all that are due before the next payday then I know what is left.

I have tried at least 5 other cash book app. But at the end i settle for this one. Very user friendly. Clean layout. Exporting to Excel is easy. Good search function. One suggestion, on the Export page if you could choose up to date that would be just great. Thanks to the team for a great App.

App is nice...but following things can be added: 1. Provide Add Category in category field only.2. Provide symbol to all categories.3. change name of tag to notes.

It was a wonderful app...thks to you. I just bought a Samsung Tab S2, and I want to transfer the info from my Samsung note 3 to my Tab. How do i do? I want this app to be used on both of the phone & the tab. I use smart switch for my contacts, photos but not this app. Pls advise.

After importing, my entries are all jumbled up and I have entries for 2018!

So that users can switch between phones without worrying about the app data.

Just a suggestion, you might want to include an option to capture and save picture for each record. eg, receipts
