Hello Doctor

When I type a message to a doctor and submit it doesn't appear on my list of previous queries so I never ever get a response. I've sent the same message 3 times now. Please fix urgently

This app was especially useful when my daughter was sick over the weekend, and I had to decide whether to take her to the ER or wait for the GP on Monday. The doctors are incredibly helpful and supportive. Only had one issie with the app: the doctor's response wasn't visible immed after receiving the notification of a response, so I had to close and reopen the app.

I dont receive any new daily messages from my subscriptions. I have cleared the apps cache and data and rebooted on my Samsung Note 4

I can't log in, it says my username and password combination is incorrect. And it can't send my password, it just says"request unsuccessful, something went wrong"

My question was not answered, but rather I received an almost verbatim Google answer. Lazy and I not helpful. Also symptom checker says I most likely have ebola....

It used to work. Now it just says loading & doesn't get past that..... please fix!

Well would help if it worked. Write a message for a doctor, get all information ready. And after submit. Fails, and all text gone. Wouldn't that be worse for most people's health?

I can't find a way to register with this app. I presume it's the sign in option, but I've been trying for the past 20 minutes just to get my user name and password accepted. When I click on sign me in, I don't get any further than that. It just stay stuck there.

Does not have an option to register, requires password and user name to open, how does one do that if I haven't registered first.

First checked the reviews and I noticed you don't respond to queries about the Registering button, how is one suppose to login if they can't register?!

You get a message and click on it but you are not taken to that message? Why?

Perhaps a way to respond the Dr after getting a reply

Its very nice, I just clicked on forgot password, tiped in my email address and they sent me a password to use when I log in. Now I can call or text a doctor and get health tips. Only flaw is you cannot upload a photo of your problem for example a bite mark, you only have the option to tipe your question and you can only say so much about a bit where a photo will work better.

No option to sign up and the website keeps on saying can't establish data network but I'm on the internet now?? Please help.

This app only have a login. No registration. So how should you login if you cant register?
