Tried placing an order, the first time I did it with this app, it worked perfectly, a little late, but it delivered. Now, I tried ordering from the same restaurant, but it now says that "Not Under Genie Operating Time". Now I didn't see anything regarding delivery times. So yeah, if you'd give more info about the order, timings, etc the would truly deserve a 5-star rating. Other than that, a great app :)

Worst ever service. Ordered food by 7pm. The guy calls at 9pm saying he is in hotel to pickup food. I would like to give negative rating if possible. Don't waste your time.

Made an order, got it picked up, got locked out of the app. Delivery guy's phone always busy. I understand the delay, it was raining, but this is just inexcusable. Brilliant concept, flawed app, poor service.

honestly it's better than the "KFC" or "DOMINOS" or even for the sake of an app "MCDONALD'S" but I don't know why everyone's saying it's a waste of time... I really like the idea of this app.....u guys have a long way to go so keep it up but please update the menu for each restaurant and shops... cause most of the time they don't have what I want cause its not in the menu

I called at 9:22 placing an order . They accepted it and said it would be delivered . I got a call later telling that he just left to the place and that it would take time to come. At 10:35 they call me again and say the place I ordered from closed. Horrible service no proper system whatsoever.

No communication on who is coming for pick up or when. Eventually the order got cancelled automatically.

I choose COD by mistake and I want to change to Online payment. I can't edit the payment mode and also cannot cancel the order to redo it. Please, don't me feel that I have committed a mistake by downloading this app Dev Team. I hope you change the fault with a real good update. I am being very literal here.

Way too overpriced. Cost of food ₹135, convenience ₹140. Doesn't make much sense despite the distance.

I placed the order and it said the order is confirmed and it's been two hours and I haven't got my food yet..Very very terrible..and there is no option to call them and customer support is very poor.

Pls don't even waste time in downloading this app, good for nothing...they build trust as such they gonna deliver it and last minute they won't stick with time, and completely goof up the entire plan...

It works half the time. I came up all the way to the pay receipt but I don't see any option to proceed. All I see is cod or online option but can't proceed from there.

Insane delivery charges for foods from hotels. 60 rupees delivery charge for a hotel near me.

Ordered food 3 hours ago and until from that time food has not arrived as of this writing. Very unreliable app.

You have checkboxed half of what a successful startup should have.... The other half checkboxes need to be ventured... I give you 5 star for the intent and the ideology behind starting this.. But you have so much to do when it comes to the app. That is the first POC for the customers and it needs to b nailed. I want this to become as big as swiggy very soon and the truth is you have much more potential than swiggy because of your vast spread of delivery.. So waiting for a good interface.

I am so upset I open the app and it shuts down why is this happening I uninstalled it and did it again and its not even letting me fill my details keeps closing what's wrong with the app pls fix it.. I rely on it when am in the city pls look into this thank u

Have been using Genie for quite some time now, and version 3 makes it really easier to get things delivered! Kudos to the team.

Have used the old app, but love this even more! The service has also improved!

Like It So Far As Its Still Under Beta Version. Needs Lot Of ImproVeMents. Hope They Are Fixed. Online Payments Are Not Active. Referral Codes Are Yet To Be Brought In. OverAll A Good InitiaTive.

Great support system! The application has some glitches but the support staff more than compensates for it!
