課程介紹:
-新 生 班:針對新生教授正確瑜伽呼吸法、八種基本動作的解析,並調整正確的姿勢,採預約小班教學,讓
新生容易適應教室多元化的課程。
-初級瑜伽:針對初學者教授九大關節操、拜日式、基本功法、淨脈呼吸法,來奠定初學者學習瑜伽的基礎。
-基礎瑜伽:主要以八大關節操之延伸動作為主,其動作緩慢深沉,有幫助新生及舊生奠立瑜伽基本功法,預防運
動傷害及調整脊椎側彎。
-哈達瑜伽:著重身體的淨化,藉著正確呼吸法和適當瑜伽延伸動作,來淨化我們的心靈,練習身印或手印來
幫助身體腺體分泌正常,達到健康及身心平衡。
-養生瑜伽:透過各種瑜伽輔助教材來按摩及強化身體,可以增加身體腺體的分泌,提升身體循環及代謝能力,
並可疏通人體十二經絡及任督二脈的氣血循環,進而矯正身體偏差及脊椎不正之問題,達到養生
減壓舒眠,告別肩頸全身酸痛,平衡身心最有效率的實用課程。
-塑身瑜伽:藉由課程的設計,如何培養正確健康的飲食概念,養成端正優美的姿勢,學會正確的呼吸、專注、
放鬆的技巧,來訓練身體肌肉的耐力,讓身體消耗更多的脂肪,並針對身體的腰腹臀腿作局部
強效的塑身運動,讓你跟下半身肥胖說Bye-Bye。
-氣功瑜伽:配合氣功的教學,達到靜中有動、動中有靜,結合中國養生氣功、八段錦、太極氣功等功法,以
