AZ Camera - Manual Pro Cam for Android
It crashes each time i press the shutter. I was waiting for more than 2 months for update, but still doesnt work
I read some of the other reviews, and found out that others have similar issues with this app. I installed/uninstalled this app a few months ago, and gave it another try today. The camera app and options are great, and handle very well. But the camera itself doesn't "wake up" when I launch the app - it's like having the lens cap on. I find I have to go in and out of the app settings to wake up the camera - it occasionally crashes in the process. Once the camera is awake - yes, the app is great! I would give 5 stars and make it my default camera. This was done with a Nexus 6P with Android 6. Reinstalled the app twice. Good luck!
Says your device doesn't has camera2 api, but other apps works really well and has no camera2 api problem. My device is already loaded with camera2 api. Looks like devs are lazy to fix bugs.
Easy to use and fast. Good options. However crashes once in a while and images are not nearly as sharp and full of pixel data as stock G4 camera app.
Really simple yet smooth interface to work with, for the manual controls. Gets the job done well and its free! Hope the camera2 API is more prevalent on future android devices.
Paid for the pro, but the app crashes everytime I take a shot. Would like to get a refund.
For the N5 it's a amazing app. Maybe some times it gets a little stuck for a couple of seconds when you use a huge aperture or a high iso but in general lines it is a very good app.
I want a refund..brought pro version...the app keeps crashing. :((..no refund button..??? How do we apply for refund..???
Excellent Camera app with nice UI and functions. Unfortunately, the application always crashes on my Nexus 6p when switching to the rear facing camera. I have the paid version but the issue persists. It seems other users have similar issues. I believe some debugging is necessary before I can award a full 5 stars (like a fully functional version would deserve).
It worked for first few weeks and since then till now it's not working and crashing Everytime I try to take pictures. I have send an email to developer but no reply since last 3 weeks. Guys please don't buy it and it's not worth at all.
This app is so great, first time I ever bought an app. But it crashes so many times on my Robin. Other ppl seem to be having the same issue. Seems the last time it was updated was Aug 2015. Please update your app so I can start using it again. I'm starting to regret ever buying it
Worked great when I first downloaded the app. Since the latest update it always crashes in photo mode when I try and take the photo. In video mode, none of the features work to correct color like they do in picture mode. Would be great if they fixed the problem ASAP
Have written to developers about the issue but no one is responding... On nexus 6p this camera stops responding... every time have to go to settings then back to start the camera and video option doesn't work at all... Feeling like waste of money
Would rate five but on android marshmallow, the onscreen keys obstruct a little bit of text, also if I want to use the camera, I have to open the Google camera first for the camera to load on AZ Camera, this is really annoying and I would love a fix, also I'm using the nexus 6p, Thanks
When I am selecting a long exposure of say 2 seconds, the preview really shows only one frame every two seconds. This is quite bad when I select five, ten or even more seconds. You should put an upper limit on the exposure time for the preview.
Please fix this issue. Viewfinder is black at launch until I switch to the front camera and back to the back camera or vice versa. Only flaw of this app. However, focus is also funky after going to the gallery to see recent pictures.
Opens with black screen. I have to toggle between rear and front facing camera to make things work. Then each photo is a burst of five frames. I can't find a way to limit this to one exposure per shot. Looks nice however.
Dear Devs, I really miss AZ camera on Android N. Please release supported version asap. I need manual focus in my cam app which any other apps not supported.
The app don't load the camera screen unless I go n out of app and come in. When I click the photo it force closes all the time. Interface seems nice but doesn't work on my Nexus 6p running Android n
The free version was working fine so I paid for full version and now it crashes all the time. I understand that it in on a new phone with a brand new version of Android so I will keep it on till next version of it then change the rating according!
Hmmm... Doesn't seem to work anymore on the Nexus 6P... The viewfinder does t work - just a blank screen.... -------- Great camera app. Only thing missing for me is Geo-tagging photos.
Paid version made the program crash. Non stop. Does not work at all. I want my money back. The free worked fine. These people don't even have the decency to reply to an email. It's Dec 23 rd and still no reply. STAY AWAY from this app

I recently paid to unlock more options for taking photos and videos, but unfortunately, the application would just forcibly close down a lot of times. Could you please give us an update to solve this annoying issue, thanks!!!
This app has so much promise but it's very buggy and often crashes on opening and during use. If their Dev team spent some time fixing these issues, it would be a great camera app. My advice: stick with the free version until the app is fixed.
The idea is cool and seems effective but none of the photos open nor do they save anywhere on the phone. App is also glitchy and freezes while u use it
This is a great app when it works. Won't open half the time, freezes the other half. Great idea, but still has too many bugs. I'll try again in a few months. I use it with my Nexus 6P
Hangs or crashes most times. But it is free. Have to pay for a quality product I guess. Gives good control when it works. Focusing is bad.
Need to open this app first, then open the default camera app and then switch to this app via recent apps view in order to use the app. Otherwise it will only show a black screen as camera's view.

But looks very clean bit like I said it crashes , will give a 5 star when you fix this app
After changing from manual focus to auto focus, the auto WB failed to work correctly. Sometimes dng files failed to save correctly. My device is Samsung Galaxy S6.
It's not working on my redmi note 3... please make it work...
I am not a huge fan of aftermarket apps for phone cameras but after watching a YouTube video claiming this is great. I had to try this. By far the worse app I have ever used for cameras. Far less controls than my S7 Edge comes factory with. It was suppose to give me more control, but instead, it offered less. The quality of pictures with this is as good as webcam quality from the early 2000's. I dont care what anyone says, my factory apps provide way better quality than this.
Paid for full function. Crashes in 30 seconds. Always crashes when adjusting exposure. Would like money back asap.
It doesn't seem to work anymore on the Nexus 6P. Just a black screen and controls.
Freezes often. Sometimes opens on half the screen then freezes. Good idea, but needs lots of improvement.
It doesn't load the camera. But my camera loads with default camera. Please fix. Looks amazing. PS I'm on a nexus 6p
I like the app but it sucked.I produce videos. I used my S6 to record some footage using this app and I paid as well for the pro version but after 4 hrs of Hardwork of shooting I am not able to play any of the videos shot with the app. Plz help
