Acapella Maker - Video Collage

This app is a great start. Somehow in the mixing process the tracks don't match up at all. Now they could either add a tweek feature so we can adjust and fix or improve on the mixing. I don't like that it has two long loads to get through before you can listen only to hear it isn't matching. I would love to buy this if they can add the latency adjust feature in.

I decided to give this app another try after it disappointed me the first time. The syncing is much more accurate and I am yet to find an occasion that it isnt! Although the number of frames non buyers can use are limited, I am really happy with the quality of this application and I recommend it to others.

App works great unless you are unfortunate enough to have your videos sync incorrectly... which actually happens far too frequently for comfort. Would gladly give the app 5 stars (because it really is great) if that issue could be resolved. EDIT: Syncing drama seems to happen if your videos don't all have audio start at the same time. Now that I've got that on lock, it's much easier to use the app :) Would still be great if one didn't have to stress about the vids syncing incorrectly though :(

The synchronization is very slow. In fact, it gets very tedious to have to re-record a track, which takes up more memory space in one's phone. The sound quality is great, and having a listening track is helpful. Sometimes the tracks will sound synchronized enough, but ultimately doesn't by the time one finishes their project. I would recommend this app for those who do a cappella, but not too highly.

I don't know what everybody is complaining about, the app works great for me. As a trumpet player, I can play different harmonies of the same song and then put them together and it sounds great. However I'm not going to give it more than 3 stars because of the stuff you have to pay for. Make everything free and I'll give it 5 stars.

I downloaded this app because it seemed cool and I like singing. I made a video collage. Then I went to prelisten to it to make sure it sounded all right. Turns out the audio didn't sync up. I tried a few more times before just giving up. This app seems like a really cool and fun app that would be popular, if it worked right. Turns out it was just another disappointing app.

The syncing was completely off and that alone makes it a totally inadequete a cappella app. On top of that it makes i high pitch sound whenever i record any sound with it, leading to a constant pain in the ear. Although it may be possible that the problems in this app may be due to my bad phone, please find a way tk fix this

The synchronization is very dull..this is one of the most useless app I've ever seen on playstore. Please do fix it if you HAVE TIME...well I think it deserves to be uninstalled after then if no improvement on this junk. Hey man! I cannot even have my recording played at the same timing. The first audio works but the second one was little bit delayed.

So the only thing wrong with it was that I really wanted to make a video of my singing a full song. The song is 4 min. But there is no option for 4 minutes and the closest thing was the five minutes so I went to go click the five minute and it said I had to donate and I do not have any money on my Google Play Store card so I could not do this so I had to uninstall

I upgrade with money, then im doing a 6 frame for 5 minutes song , it took a long time to re-record when we need to adjust poor audio synch. Then after a long day I finally finished, tried to adjust the volume.. then the whole audio was suddenly crash.. it WASTE MY TIME, and it WASTE MY MONEY.. DONT INSTALL this wasteless APP.. everybody gave poor rating.. go find yourself other FAR BETTER THAN this.. I would like to promo SMULE,Yokkee..

This app is horrid. After several attempts trying to stop my voice from being overlapped or played twice, nothing worked. Everyone in the comments have said it can be fixed easily, but this version is just wacked up. Do NOT buy this unless you want lots of frustration and anger.

I've read that people are having an issue with synchronicity. Here's something that could help: upon your recording it'll ask if you would like to hear an audio clip while singing hit yes and use an instrumental version of whatever it is you're singing. Unfortunately the timing in the videos are a bit off but using the instrumental should help. Just remember the key you're supposed to be in each time you're recording & you should be OK

Please take this off the market it is not ready completely unfinished.... I can't even complete one video because of the synchronization is so bad just take the mixing feature off and allow us to control the timing of each video individually

The auto sync feature ruins everything...I am a brass player trying to test my ensemble skills with myself with the app...it would work great if it just left the audio tracks alone. DO NOT PAY TO UPGRADE. Run away.

I am a music educator. I wanted to use this in my classroom, but unfortunately the audio does not play back in time. Slight phasing is created as each new recording is layered in. It creates phasing of almost a quarter beat. Not great.

I don't know what is wrong with this app. I sing the first cut and go on to the second video, singing exactly in sync with the first one. But the app seems to be offsetting my second recording by almost 1-2 seconds during playback. I tried and tried and now I give up. Uninstalled forever :)

Thought it was super easy to use and I'd have no problem purchasing the full app if the sync wasn't so bad! Every recording you do individually sounds perfect and when you sync the all together there's a delay between each video so they dont stay in time which is pretty much the point of the whole app especially if your trying to record anything musical or any harmonies

WORST GAME EVER My first acapella didnt go out right when i tried to submit it. It kept twitching and i used no special effects. My second acapella i wanted to have my other recording before that but instead it kept making aaaaghhh. SO THAT IS WHY THIS GAME SUCKS

This app has great potential.. but every single time video sync is just not there.. nor i can edit the video sync for some split sec forward or backward. App knows its doing right, Everyone else knows its doing wrong. "Fixing audio delay" without even knowing if there is a delay or not. Terrible. Sadly no other app i found who does video college. Pity.. I would have gladly paid them gor more than 1 min video.

Its a good app but why is it saying my debit card info isn't correct when I am trying to purchase to unlock the layouts. And the info I entered were absolutely correct. Is something wrong somewhere? Then it should be from your end.

I have paid Rs. 200+ for the upgraded version of this app. And now I am not able to calibrate this app. When i shoot the second video, it says "Needs callibration" and it crashes. You kidding me? I want refund. I am complaining to Play Store. Money wasted

I love this app! Its one of my fave apps on the play store, but I'm confused. Does this app randomly share videos that you have made to the internet even if you dont want them shared? Or is that just picplaypost? Thanks and bye ❤

The syncing is TERRIBLE. I'm using a Galaxy S4, I'm a musician and singer. Even when using a metronome between the videos to make sure it's IN TIME, the app puts it out of sync when it "adjusts the delay". Great concept... still garbage.

The app is not good at all to be honest. It is continuesly freezing and deleting my work. Also, when I try to do a second recording , it freezes and doesn't let me do anything. And then it will not let me exit and go back to my home screen. It felt to me as if it were hacking my phone. Do not get this app. It is horrible , I strongly do not recommend this app to anyone. Also, it started making really super loud clanging noises, and not stopping , even after I pressed the home button many times. DO NOT GET!❌

I love love love this app and I spent the money to buy it, but then one day my current project glitched and deleted. I tried to redo it but now every time after I pick a song, it says the app stopped and I can't do anything else. I am frustrated because I really want to use this app. if it worked right I'd give it 5 stars.

Yeah, I've been trying to record a song for awhile now, and even though I'm listening through my earphones, the app seems to know how to calibrate better than my timing. Can't make a good recording worth anything

The audio delay is horrible! I even started every single video at the exact same time and it STILL didn't sync. Also, the calibration tool never worked.

I was having a great time until I spent about an hour making sure a song was perfect and for some reason the app deleted it when I hit "create." I'm super bummed. Probably won't use the app much anymore because I don't like wasting my valuable free time.

Can't sync and I can't listen to my previous vocals to harmonize. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. The timing is always off and the first video I make is the only voice I hear even after I have made the other videos. Horrible.

As many many others have already said, you can only hear the first video's audio. And no, the update mentioned below didn't fix it. Would love to give this 5 stars if you can get it working right!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. There's a bad delay between audios when you record and listen to your previous audio, despite the calibration. That is literally the only purpose of this app and it fails at it. Boooooo

So I was in a quiet room, the quietest a room could probably get and it wouldn't calibrate. I can't perform these things or 'sing along' if I don't know or can't hear what I'm singing to. I lose pitch and tempo is slightly out and volume as well is difficult to keep track of. Sawz.

This is FINALLY what I needed! After the bug fixes, the syncing a bit better... I only had to redo one part one time do to SLIGHT syncing differences and I think it needs a metronome... but this is the AMAZING ACAPELLA app I needed to do my Take 6 harmonies!

My sync is completely off. One of the videos slows down while the other is the right speed. Can't you just make them all go at the same speed and add an option where we can control the delay?

The app takes a minute or two to "calibrate" the audio in between frames......and you may as well consider that useless. Thee individual takes are still infuriatingly way out of sync. Prepare to waste a $2.99 donation to "upgrade" the app if you want to record more than an 1 min in video. Especially if you didn't heed the warnings of the reviews on here.

I get what they were trying to do when syncing two videos, but when that feature doesn't solve the issue there is no point in having it. The app is set to where after you record, it finds where the sound begins and cuts out anything before that. The idea is to make sure both audio files start at the same point. But the audio is still lightly off making it annoying for most perfectionists. If the developers aren't going to fix it, then take out the sync feature and let the consumers fix it themselves.

This app is more problematic than helpful. I paid for the other layouts and I'm not able to use all of them. I recorded an 8 part video of the layout I wanted and when I hit "create", it loaded to 19/100 and then said "Video can't be played" and nothing saved. Luckily I was able to go back to edit and test out other layouts. and may worked, while many did not. Also, after saving the video the individual parts where flipped 90 degrees to the left so the video was no longer upright, which is annoying. At least the syncing problem is much better now.
