Love the app, very helpful, but I don't like that I can't do my heb to you order

I love using this app...... but the only issue is one you select a digital coupon it can't be removed until it expires! Even if the coupon has been used it doesn't fall of the list it just stays until the expiration date! Sometimes I select coupons on items l may want to try and change my mind and try remove it but unable to very frustrating! Please fix this issue!

Coupons should be added to an organized shopping list when you select them (or have the option). Right now its added to a list organized by expiration date only which is frustrating. Have an "items you purchase" section. Also, it appears they change coupons weekly. Once you add a coupon, and that coupon leaves their active list (when they update the next week), you can't search for that coupon. Needs better organization of already selected coupons. Also when you search for a product in the coupons, it doesn't come up if it's a coupon you've already selected, but it should, so as you're shopping you can remember which coffee you have a coupon for.

Recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S7 edge, now the app won't work. It opens but when I click on shopping list or digital coupons nothing happens. Rebooted the phone but that didn't help.

You have to log in to use it and I can never remember my info. But since I only use it to search for things, just going to their mobile website works fine. So I don't have any reason to keep this app.

Updated rating: changed to one star...I'd give it zero stars if I could. Its completely useless. I only use this app for the pharmacy feature but its design is just terrible compared to other pharmacy apps available. I highly recommend the developers take a look at some of the much more user friendly features of other pharmacy apps such as, Walgreens and consider making some serious changes.

Digital coupons don't show up on the app. Have to physically sign on to a computer to see what digital coupons are available to me. App is pointless since I am not able to pull up coupons when I'm at the store.

Needs option for select & list as it is very time consuming to open every item to add to list. Making list is time consuming as products are not grouped. Please put all flavors of cake mixes together, pet foods, canned vegetables, soups, meats, produce, fresh meats, dairy, school supplies, cleaning products, etc. Make it were you can make your list by picking from groups as they check your supplies and have the time. 106 pages takes too long for busy people... Unable to share shopping lists. Also unable to retrieve digital coupons. It keeps saying to send email confirmation but it never sends it. Othrr than that, it's a useful app for shopping list and weekly ad.

I've been trying to use all day today but can't get my HEB locator to work, can't go from "my list" to check out. Maybe it's me but I have never had any difficulty with the Walmart app the many times I've used it. I love HEB but I hate shopping so I will take the path of least resistance.

Only thing missing is a barcode scanner! It would be so much easier to scan a product and see if there is an available coupon for that product instead of going thru hundreds of digital coupons! So HEB, add a scanner for the coupons, it would be an awesome and helpful tool!

No matter what I do, I am unable to receive the confirmation code. I receive the coupons through text, so I dont get what the problem is. Short code is unblocked, ive reinstalled the apl, signed out and back in, just am not receiving the confirmation code, which makes the app pretty much useless. PLEASE fix this!!! It seems there are enough reviews with the same issues to signal a problem, HEB. :( Im using an android. Galaxy S6 Plus.

Suddenly cannot look at digital coupons anymore. Reinstalled and same issue. Everything seems seems to work. Please fix!

Entirely too cumbersome to maneuver. You have had this app for quite some time and it is ridiculous how difficult it is to maneuver. I would much rather shop in your store but the Walmart app has yours beat hands down

Doesn't synch with HEB to you login and list histories. Pointless!!!!

Five times in a row my coupons didn't go through at the register, after entering the information on the card reader and having already checked the products, which were definitely the right products. Every time both employees and managers had absolutely no idea what to do. Half of them didn't even know this app exists. I've lost atleast ten dollars because of this. I want this to work and I like heb, but at least the coupon apps other stores use work, and my business goes where the best deal is.

Search engine for creating a grocery list sucks. Typed in "onion" and then "green onion", app couldn't find any results... I know they have onions at the store... basically If you don't type in the item description EXACTLY how they have it inputed, you won't find it. If you can actually find the items you are needing and are able to add them to your shopping list it does make shopping easy because it puts items in order of their location in the store starting with produce, aisle 1, so on and so forth.

I have had this app for over a year now and use it frequently. It has been great for planning my shopping trips since I live about 25 minutes from an HEB. I bought my groceries according to the coupons and weekly ad. Get to the register and enter all of my correct info and keep getting account can't be verified. I go into the app to contact customer service to see about getting this resolved and credited for what I just had to pay(my grocery bill should have been at least $30 - $50 less than what it was). There isn't a way to contact customer service for any issue. All you can do is rate your experience with different parts of the app. The kid checking out my groceries was like oh well, don't know what to tell you. Thanks a lot HEB. I used to love you.

I used to love this app a lot.....until a little over a week ago I tried to open it and it just froze on the white H-E-B screen. I emailed the developer but haven't heard a single word back so I uninstalled. *Edit to update review: Developers fixed the issue and I'm back to loving the app!*

First problem you have to get your phone number registered in order to even redeem app specific coupons. Your phone number is not apart of the setup or if it was you can't edit your account once you set it up. You have to create a new weekly list before you start.but then when you select items you have to be careful and select the current weeks list or your item can end up in a previous weeks list. When you check off items be careful not to use a swiping motion or the item is deleted lastly you can't add to your list an item with a coupon once you start checking off items according to an HEB rep so if you see or forget something you won't get a coupon credit once you hit the store

Love it!. Less time hunting products. However, since update, aisle locations are in very light print. Hard to see. Please make them darker again! Also, please automatically add selected coupons to my list. I can't remember what I selected. I miss our on the deal and you miss our on the sale. You could make this optional.

Not the most user-friendly app, but I could forgive all that if the dang thing would stop unchecking all the items I've checked off on my shopping list. Have to constantly go through the entire list to recall what I actually need to buy. Completely unusable to me for that reason.

Why take away the ingredients lists for products??! This was SUCH a useful feature. I have food allergies and being able to plan my purchases before going to the store saved so much time. Now all I see are the dimensions of the product. How can that possibly be more useful than the ingredients? Oh, and I contacted the developers about this big backwards step and never heard back. Maybe someone will respond to this...

Use the online site to make your list, NOT this mobile app! Having trouble using the app to make my list. When I search for an item when in 'my list' section, I can't see if that specific product is available in my preferred store UNTIL it is added to my list. And I can't find a way to sort or filter so it only shows items available there...

This place called "backwall" is 150 feet long. Can we have more numbered areas? Like a number above "fish market", a number above "beef and pork", " chicken", and keep going until you get to the pharmacy. Like in produce too? I consistently wander around. I seem to not get the lastest millennial reason for the arrangement of the week.

Felt like a total idiot at checkout.... I signed up for the digital coupons and decided to try and use them. I put in my info at the register and the woman said you have to have your account for 24 hours for it to work. Where does it say that? And why wasnt I told? I'm very confused. Don't bother using this app if you want to save your pride. It was very embarrassing to ask her to put back the items and she scoffed because of this miatake. I'm uninstalling this app right now. Thanks for nothing HEB... you ruined my Saturday morning.

It started out good but too often times the coupons don't take. And to get credit you have to call customer service which gets you no where. When there is a way to get credit for coupons that didn't take at the register then I will change my rating.

This app is helpful but could be so much better. The coupon part works well for me, but the grocery lists are very iffy and annoying. If I go to search for an item to add, it erases other items I've added, and I have to go back and re-add them. Also would like the search feature to be more accurate and have better filters. Typed in "wheat bread" and it brought up 53 items, some of which weren't bread, but had wheat in them. Never found the item I was actually looking for.

I used to love this app. I would use it every week for shopping because the digital coupons are such a big help for my family. But now the digital coupons section won't even open. I can't use it at all! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has helped. Please fix it!

My dad spent three hours creating a shopping list, thinking he could order it online and send me for the curbside pickup the next day. THERE IS NO LINK to the CART once you put in THE LIST!!!! We already have a freaking written list! I am very computer savvy and there was no way to upload it to the CART except to start ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! Absolutely a waste of time!!!! I even tried it again today and got the app on my phone. It's just a pretty website with unthought out links. A good website should be user friendly and have MANY ways to get from point A to B. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Love the store, hate the app! I couldn't chang my prefered store, couldn't add a new list, and when I tried deleting an old list it reappeared. I haven't even tried the coupons but from everything I'm reading those don't work either! I thought maybe the app needed an update but I couldn't find anything so I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I had the same problems. I may try it again sometime down the road but for now I'll use a different app to make my shopping list. I was really excited for this app too

This app was very useful. I was able to use the in store navigation to find my way to Mordor and destroy the one ring. Poor frodo said it couldn't be done but I showed him. Afterwards we all got in my delorian and went back to the Future

There is no deleting items that you do not buy. There is no deleting coupons you do not need once you select them. Once you select a coupon it is there until it expires; annoying. I should be able to see coupons by department. I do not need to see every coupon available. I don't need diaper coupons. Once I click that I put something in my basket, the item needs to disappear from my list, not strike through down below. The Kroger app is what you need to build your app like.

Been waiting on a HEB app for years..very easy to create a grocery list love it.. the only flaw I have with this app is that if you log in on another device it logs you out of the other device.. once they fix it to where you can log in on multiple devices at the same time this app will be perfect

When you try to use this app for the curbside pickup it keeps shutting down. I understand that Sunday is a busy day for grocery shopping. HEB Corporate needs to check into securing the proper bandwidth and technologies so that this doesn't happen.

I can no longer use the digital coupon section. When I click on it it refreshes but nothing happens and nothing opens. I keep getting text messages telling me to add coupons for specific deals but I'm unable to cash in.

Would be nice to have the option to add whatever I have on my list to the cart in case I'm not able to go the store. And possibly be able to see a total amount due since it's on the list and you're at a local HEB and not be surprised of how much it is at checkout. So on the list a total amount price to know how how you'll be spending. Other than that, I like the app. Especially checking off what's on my list and automatically it goes to the bottom of the list.

Kludgy app, need all functions, cut side, online ordering, ship to home, blooms flowers all integrated in the same app. If an existing HEB customer has a prescription, can't validations be made automated once logged into the app? All digital coupons relevant to checkout items should be made available to customers automatically at checkout
