I pressed scan and it says error everytime. I wanted to get the samples but I can't even get it to open.

Scan doesn't work continuously comes up with an error message

Yup

Once you select samples, doesn't allow you to move on.

Scan gives error message and then app closes.

So many people wrote the app doesn't work but on my phone it works great. Thsnks for fixing the bugs in it. Samsung galaxy three

Yep, same as everyone else here - my app also seems to be not functioning properly :(. Disappointing since the concept was cool, not mention the chance to win some nice loot. I expected more from Marie Claire, this app is going in the trash.

Clogged up my pho e with error messages - never got to scan anything... seemed to load ads fine though : / I uninstalled less than five minutes after downloading.

Doesn't tell you what info to enter where. Tried for 45 mins to enter. Kept saying enter country code but it doesn't show what line is for what!? Too much of a hassle. Get the bugs out BEFORE you have ppl scan and waste time.

goes to error code after first scan then never re-opens

Don't know why i bothered....there were already 5 reviews saying it was a bust. I guess i just REALLY wanted that giveaway beauty bag!
