WTAE- Pittsburgh Action News 4

Breaking news NEVER shows when I tap on alerts. Stories aren't changed in a timely manner. Some are weeks old! Don't like the latest update at all.

Please don't say watch wtae live newscasts when its 7:15 PM and your playing the 5am newscast !! I could see if I checked it around 10am playing the latest one but you can't even update to even the 4pm ??!! I already know what happened during the day and what the weather was !!!!!!!!!!!

doesn't work. I gave it five minutes start work. no go. uninstalled it. downloaded channel eleven news. everything popped up. watching the news live on my phone. Channel 11 news Pittsburgh PA working great!

Liked the app until it started pushing "news" notifications... particularly about Beyonce's pregnancy update... who gives a fk... that's news worth pushing?.... What's next send a notification when a Kardashian farts?... app deleted

No search capability

From pop up ads to bad navigation it's hard to believe someone actually approved this. There is better options to get local news. Channel 4 action news could learn from Trib online.

Who's ever in charge of this app fails to remove stories for days, even weeks, way past their being useful.

Great app. Only 4 stars until it has expanded notifications!

App works well. I like the layout and the notifications of breaking news. NEW LOWERED RATING Essentially old news inside multiple daily news alerts.

I love the email alerts that I can read at my leisure, but no one responds when I ask how to STOP text messages to my cell phone. It's very annoying!

Now that WTAE has removed racist news anchor Wendy Bell, I'm willing to watch again! Wendy Bell was way to arrogant and just goes to show that her college education couldn't buy Ms. Bell class or erase the ignorance that plagued her damaged brain.

After the last update, I have been receiving notifications for events that happened months, or even a year or two ago. This is unacceptable for a major news outlet. Will consider reinstalling if the issue is corrected

The only reason I am using your app is because Channel 11's app Sucks. I never watch Channel 4 news anymore because you are such assholes for firing Wendy Bell. She is so much better than you assholes at channel 4

Since I installed this application several devices ago, this has been my favorite. The app is easy to navigate and find local news, weather, and sports. I am glad they work tirelessly to keep improving, especially the short video clips. Thank you channel 4 !!!

Why send an alert if when I click on it, your site has not been updated with the story to support it.

Every notification gets cut off because it doesn't support functionality to expand it by pulling down.

This app is one of my favorites for keeping me updated on things happening locally and around the world.

Half the stories are several days old. Poorly organized app.

I've had this app for a while. I never used to get many ads, but now every time I start the app the first thing I see is a full page ad I have to close to see the news.

Why does this news app only have videos to watch and no news stories to read. I want to read the stories not watch videos.

Videos now work for me all the way through. When released, this app was perfect. Then, for almost 6months, only the ads would load. No story. Now, I'm back to the full video again. Not sure what changed because nothing on my phone has...

I have been losing respect for this station for a while, and now you fire wendy bell for speaking the truth? Screw you wtae, take your cancerous pc bull crap and shove it. Wendy was right and everyone knows it, I'll get my news from kdka from now on.

If everything Wendy said turns out to be true top dog at WTAE needs to be fired. I'm done with WTAE I'll find another station that is not communist.

Before every clip you watch, you have to watch an advertisement for the WTAE app you are using?!?!?! Who ever came up with that marketing strategy should be fired. Oh yeah, and to fire Wendy Bell.....

Will also delete my app and stop watching wtae. Looks like reverse racism going on to me. If a black anchor wrote the same story, it would have gone unnoticed. Good bye wtae and good luck Wendy Bell.
