Unable to load ANY videos for months. Of course I always get the preceding commercial which is usually 30 seconds long. As this site depends FAR too heavily on video it is completely useless to me. Shame too as this was the first app I opened each day for years with no trouble. Now. ..worthless.

Very disappointing. Like they don't put too much towards the app. Everything is video, I would like to read some. Also I want to be able to choose which categories I want push notifications. I don't care about who the first draft pick was and that's not breaking news. Uninstalling until better update.

I've used this app since my very 1st smartphone, 7 or + years ago. One of my very 1st apps. Every time I get a new device, this is actually my 1st to reinstall. Great Job and easy to use. Never any unnecessary alerts either. Not 2 mention, channel 11 Is my go to news channel on tv also. Thanks for giving me the news on the go!!

Always freezes and the only videos that load and are displayed are the commercials prior to the real news. You send a breaking news story and I cannot view it. Waste of time.

As promised I would give this app a better rating once things worked better. Everything seems to work from the traffic cameras to the videos working. The only couple things that keep me from giving it 5 stars is that I get some data refresh messages when I try to look at some things even though my data is perfectly fine and videos still load a little slow. Still better than it was and is the best news app I've used so far.

Too much video and you need to watch an ad before every video. Also, very slow when selecting alerts. Would rather see a written story. Love WBAL but very disappointed in their app.

Website has a lot of old content and outside sources like Buzzfeed. A lot is not relevant to local news. Orioles and Ravens news isn't readily available. Far too many ads and pop ups. Needs better design.
