Three settings set up. All three sound exactly the same no matter how differently I set the volume. Zero difference between on and off button. This app is a joke- but not a funny one.

Only had these hearing aids 3 weeks. So far - so good. They offer a very NATURAL sound, in a seemingly empty room, with TV, in the car and in small group environments. The fit is very comfortable and sounds, are too. Not too head shaking and yet hearable!

I would love to adjust the spacial feature for a longer period of time. The 15 minutes goes off when I am in a restaurant in crowded rooms and it feels embarrassing to pull out my phone to adjust again. Otherwise this technology is life changing in the most positive way.

I really like this app. It sends reports to my audiogist so he can help me make adjustments if needed. Plus it helps me control the listening pleasure of my devices. I have 4 settings that I can control for different environments and really helps with my tinnitus control.

Constantly tells me the device volume is too high/low for the app to work no matter what I do. Now it wants access to camera and contacts. I cannot see why this is necessary.

Very expensive equipment, poor app!. I want to see digits when adjusting volume, so that I know exactly what my previous setting was. Also, dynamic balance between left and right would be nice.

This app seems flawed from the get go with my Signia Silk primax 5x HA. First, despite having a QR code in my User's Guide, it is not recognized by the camera of my S7 smartphone as controlled by the app. Manual setup also does not work because either the hearing aids do not pair or the control sound produced is so low that I cannot hear it! Yes, I turned them on and off and tried to pair in the 3 allotted minutes. If I take the HA out of my ears and try the pairing, they connect (pair), but then none of the app controls work. As of right now, TOTALLY useless and frustrating. If you buy these HA, make sure the app will work with your phone. Even after the audiologist configured it properly works sporadically with HA. Don't bother.

It doesn't seem to work in noisy environments or with my bluetooth neckloop on which I need to use the phone so pretty much it doesn't work at the times I am most likely to want to use it. So most of the time useless!

Never works. Always have Uninstall and install again . Only holds the settings for a few minutes. Worthless. Expensive equipment with a lousy app.

The app is constantly changing settings. Keeps telling me that the volume is too low work. What a pain!

The on off switch never works I can control volume on my aids. Not much use to me if the on off switch never works.

Missed my Phonak watch control. This beats it hands down. Tone control comes in handy when programs miss the mark. Being able to name each program is a big plus.

My app does no work..has been in 4 times has been unintalled and installed numerous times...feel totally. Helpless

I like the App. Very easy to use. When wife and I are at a noisy restaurant, I send narrow beam to her and it eliminates some of the surrounding noise. Works good for me. Mel.

Device volume is ALWAYS too high or too low. Won't hold spatial settings. Can't really tell if changes are being made. Need the rest of the programs available with descriptions and instructions on how to utilize. So far, this app offers little or no information on programs.

Absolutely ridiculous that volume control is linked to device volume. Should not have to waste time changing the volume of my phone before I can even start adjusting my hearing aid volume. Seriously stupid. I'm not the first to say this, so have to wonder if you care about user feedback at all. Doesn't look like it.

Not happy giving "access" to various phone files. Now that I've had the app a while the settings seem the same no matter what I change them to

It's OK . Bass/treble adjustments are very minor so they're basically useless and needs to be reset every time you turn your hearing aids on. Only feature I like is the spatial configurator. It really works well!

Ok for volume control but bass/treble adjustment doesn't work. Why is a software program to adjust the hearing aids for personal preference not available to me?

Volume slider doesn't work. Keep on losing one of my 2 programs & the battery gauge necessitating in re-doing the setup to get both back again.

I can almost never get it to connect to the hearing aids. When it does it seems to work pretty well

A graphic showing that the devices are connected would be useful as I often have to select the setting several times before I get both ears set correctly

Not my mother's hearing aid controller. Extremely versatile and truly simple to use. Touch screen interface for volume, direction, multiprograms, span of conversations. Perfect complement to the Signia Pure hearing aids.

With app open switches easily between my 4 hearing aid settings. Simple to adjust volume, bass and treble. Easier at times to use hearing aid controls than find phone, log in, find app, open app, change settings.

Can't tell if orientation is operating properly. Can't figure out if appliances are working together. Volume indicator is vague. Frankly not sur if app really works.

Poor user interface and device volume seems to go too high which stops me changing the volume on this app

Never did I think hearing could be this easy. With the right advice I can have a normal life again. Wonderful!

It can not pair to Galaxy7. After a lot of attempts, it may pair but only volum control works.

I'm impressed with the ease at which the app can be used. I'm still confused as to how the phone adjustment works and if it's got a tinitus or white noise adjustment.

When I change the volume it seems to be all the same volume no difference from low to high. Should have be a better way to judge the sound Maybe by numbers

I love the ease of use and the fact that I can be discreet. Nobody has to know that this young 55 year old is wearing hearing aids! ;)

Works well except it disabled the remote volume control that I bought with the hearing aids. It does allow me to adjust the volume of the tinnitus therapy, which I can't do with the remote volume control

I now have NHS hearing aids. This like most hearing aids, cannot be fine tuned. Thankfully with this app it can be fine tuned.

Have not been using long,so far I like being able to use app to set hearing aides. App so far is working well,has many features.

Just set up the app, which was simple enough. Hoping that this app will allow for ease of volume adjustment, as I've only had the aid for a fortnight.

I love this app. It takes all the guess work out of making adjustments.

So far go good, though why does the permissions include Contacts and Camera? Why would a hearing aid app need access to my camera or contacts? (fortunately I can pick and choose permissions)

The app was thrown together as an afterthought. It does not work as advertised, it renders the very overpriced hearing aids unadjustable.

Doent doesn't work always. Trouble turningg off to nap.did setup pairing again no help

App never holds volume every time you eant to change it always says too low or too high and have to set that before you can do an actual volume set...bass and treble no actual sound different as well as the broadcast levels...come on peoples get your crap together...aids are expensive i would like an app that truthfully works...FIX THE FOR BETTER INPUT AJD MORE STARS!!!!!!!!
