Healthy Paws Pet Insurance App

So easy to use, takes less than 5 minutes to submit a claim and I have a check in my hand in under a week. I love Healthy Paws. (They also have amazing customer service!!!!!)

Wish it would let me view details of submitted claims, link a new claim to a previous one, and include invoice number and total $...all of this is possible through the website.

Not able to upload a photo, does anything work?????

Not compatible with Samsung's Galaxy S6 or Tab E

This app can no longer upload claims. It gives no errors, but the images don't upload.

When I first got the app, and for a long time after, it worked great. It was very convenient for paperless claims submissions. Just recently, though, the app has been hiccuping on accepting new claims. It tends to lose them. I have been waiting for any word on why the app is no longer working reliably and when I can expect something to be done about it. Until then, I guess it is back to scanning and emailing claims.

Can't upload photos and its been that way for month's. I've sent back loads of feedback and still no response or action taken to repair this issue.

Can not change my pets photo. This seems like a simple fix..... please update!!!

Really annoying that I have to log in again every time I go to the main menu page **Update: This only seems to have been an issue the first time I ran the app

Suggestion: it would be nice if the second pet owner listed on the account could login with their own email address. Currently app forces them to login with primary email address listed on account.

For two updates now across 3 phones I've been entirely unable to upload any photos or pdfs of bills or get any information about my account. Worse than useless.

Won't send invoice- keeps kicking me back to beginning of app after I take a picture of invoice! HELP!! Where's the "easy button" when one needs it!?

Cannot say enough good things about this app and this company. Does everything it says it does, works flawlessly.

This insurance gives us piece of mind. We never have to worry that a vet visit or accident is too expensive. We have 3 dogs covered, get 90% back on claims. Happy customers happy dogs

I was very excited about this app and being able to file claims from my phone. However, it closes every time I try to log in. I can't use it at all. Disappointing.

When I tried to download a photo, it just spun endlessly, & I couldn't even back out of the app. I reinstalled the app, & it worked, but is pretty slow! Otherwise, it's a convenient way to go.

Going to make filing claims so much easier and it's super user friendly.

Claim submission app... Best app ever.. Makes submitting claims as easy as 1,2,3. Best pet insurance ever!!!

App is very slow and most times it fails to submit and makes me redo the pictures. Takes way to long to do a claim. Great idea though
