Very strick app! I cannot even change my profile pic even after the latest update (29 June 2017).. Need to email blah blah blah :(

Won't able to login with my account

Very convenient and safe. App only allows One phone to use your credentials. If you want to use another device you NEED to log out FIRST, then sign in on the other device.

Unreliable app and it's not that convenient in contrary to what they said. A very bad experience to encounter.

Been waiting for my verification code for over an hour now....so i cant register..

Cant even register cause servers are always down AND it wont register my valid password. I followed the instructions of having at least one uppercase later and number, BUT it wont accept the password unless it starts with a letter.

It won't let me log in because my account is locked into a different device. I didn't have this kind of problem with my other applications after changing phones.

Your site always says CANNOT TO THE SERVER!

In my first phone, I didn't have any trouble except rare crash downs. Not being able to change the profile picture is very inconvenient. I had to change my phone and after installing the app, I couldn't even open it. It kept crashing down. I suggest you NOT to install it unless the ratings go above 4 with some positive comments. So far there are 4 ratings that gave 5 stars. This is unrealistic given the problems of the app. I'm guessing either developers, their friends or HO emloyees gave 5 stars.

It always says that the card number was not found.

Downloaded this app at the suggestion of your sales staff after I bought a couple of Christmas hampers. I had a green card before that was lost and I had requested for replacement, but never arrived. Installed this twice, still won't load.

was working until i needed to switch phones. now i cannot login into the app because my account is locked onto my old phone. I cant seem to upload a photo on the app as well.

Tried for several attempts but verification code was not sent to the email. Next time make sure that even the pilot release of the app is working. this is so disappointing.

The app stops during registration of my account. Please fix this one immediately for access. Thank you!

I keep getting a "The account you are trying to log into is already locked to another device" error even if I'm using the same previous device.

I tried diff password to get through, yet it didn't work.

Needs improvement in coding.
