Australian Bites and Stings for Android
Really interesting, very useful
Dreadful. I opened the app all was good then ended up on a page where I couldn't get back and mistakenly dialed 000. This badly needs some serious work
Very useful
Most is already common knowledge to Australians. The information itself is rather minimal, plus the app is rather glitchy and slow. Not really worth my time :/
I know australia has 3000 different spiders but they should put more then 4 spiders in so you can show the parametrics the spider and get a more targeted treatment. The way i would do it is sort it by distinct visual charaistic eg colour, their legs are pairs. Otherwise its great, very good first aid advice and emergency number in it.
This is definitely a must have app if you're planning to go Down Under. Know what to do if you got stung or bitten. Better safe than sorry!
App is excellent but please change the error in DRSABCD as the C is for CPR not compression, it is misleading and confusing
Will save your life or the life of others. Worthwhile downloading.
Must have app
Awesome app that describes in detail each venomous creature & how to provide first aid treatment. Definitely worth downloading.
Fantastic
Won't open on nexus 5
Terrible, comes up with an unknown code error upon installment. Please fix!!!!!
Don't work on Nexus 5
Very useful. Looking forward to future updates.
Doesn't work on HTC one. Can't review any of the areas of dangerous animals.
Good info to have when out and about in the bush. Nice and straight forward layout. Easy to find the relevant info.
What incredible information for our great land and ocean. Easy to navigate and can take the panic out of the moment. Had the white tail spider bite to deal with last week, needed this then. Snake season on us now. Great app thank you.
Installed the app, but it stalls, crashes and becomes unresponsive. On the plies, it will call emergency services for yoi which is handy when you need animal info and call at the same time.
Great idea however does not open properly on my phone
Coming from nz this is a great app we love to go camping and have kids that love to find critters the morr information I can get is great.
Helps to revisit the issue as we often forget the basics. Works as expected and it's free.
Luckily there's nothing gnawing on me coz this app doesn't work!
What an informative site. Helps you identify the nasties out there and what to do if bitten. Show your families. Show tourists. Get them to download this ap. It could save their lives.
This app provides some useful information however it is difficult to navigate which make the information hard to access.
Great idea but can't open any information on what to do if I get stung . Great idea but can't open any information on what to do if I get stung .
Just downloaded this app, after watching the TODAY show this AM, as I'm going camping this weekend. Unfortunately, I'm not able to go beyond the title pages to get relevant info. Please fix asap, as it's a great idea. Mandy
None of the buttons on the main menu work. Useless app.
Good peace of mind
The content will not stay open. Info jumps all over the place. No use at all on HTC DESIRE X despite being told HTC issues had been resolved. Would be better buying a book!
Version 1.03 now working on my HTC one xl. The choice of white text on pale bacground colors combined with small font makes most screens nearly impossible to read. The screens can't be zoomed which would help somewhat with small fonts on phones. Otherwise info provided in app appears helpful..
Not one you would look at everyyday but boy if you needed to it could be a life saver. Good work.
Now works on my HTC One. Thanks. Great app. Should be in every phone in Australia.
A good app. Works well on my Galaxy S3. I am impressed that it also works "off line" and in "flight mode". A bonus for remote trips where the network may not always be available.

Hi guys, thank you for your patience over the last couple of days. We have uploaded a new version which should fix any problems with the HTC phones, please check it out and let us know how you get on. cheers Dan
A must have for the Australian outdoors.
Good app
Works well on my Asus Tablet, just slightly slow but only loads to main menu on my HTC One smartphone. Be great to get working on the phone as that tends to be the more mobile device. Great idea, 5 stars once working on all devices.

Ok but limited detail. OTOH, if you are using it during an emergency then you want it brief and to the point.
