Just as on your plan member web portal, you’ll need to sign in to your Independence Administrators Mobile account with the user name and password you set up to keep your information secure. Some access or information may be limited based on the programs you are enrolled in and whether you are the primary plan member or an enrolled dependent.

This app barely covers basics. One of the most important functions as a member is provider directory and that doesn't work. App is very limited in function.

You did an update and now I can't open the app. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and won't open. Also would be nice if a full site version was available.
