Pet Health Master

I liked this several years ago. Now the improvements (?) & possibly new owners (?) have gutted my favorite parts, leaving it a curious disappointment. 1/2/17 - New effort FAIL: Tried "improved" app. It wouldn't open or close. After rebooting I uninstalled.

Doesnt work

The app idea itself is fantastic. It was executed very poorly though. The app says there should be pet health folder, which holds the backup files. There is not. The app data has all disappeared, with the exception of my personal profile. Can't get to either of the pet profiles, but the app has been giving me alerts from one of the nonexistent profiles daily. When customer service was contacted (twice) they did not respond. When the app was working, it was a 4 star app. Now its essentially useless.

I'm surprised this app hasn't got a higher rating average. It's thorough and sync across multiple interfaces.

I can't get past the login page.

Doesn't load

When I try to register it says my email is invalid no matter which one I try. When I try to skip registering so I can just get started the "skip registry" button just glows blue but nothing happens, and the app freezes.

Extremely unimpressed. Entered all the information, logged out and back in- 30 minutes wasted as all the information is GONE. Glad it's a free app since I am deleting it.

I rated this app two years ago and it's still a bad app. I don't want someone else controlling or having access to my dogs information. On top of that, this app will not release properly. You have to reboot to get out of the program, and this is unacceptable ! ! !

This app has the potential to be very useful. You can add a lot of data about your pet, however it will take you ages. The response time of the app to adding data or changing pages is too slow. Uninstalled

I did purchase the Pro version of "Pet Master" by GF Media App for $4.99. Since then, the developers have left that app as useless abandonware (that can still be purchased at full price by unsuspecting users), changed its name into "GreenLife Apps", and published this subsciption-based clone of "Pet Master" (same icon, same app structure, exactly same legal disclaimer in the description). It is worth noting that there was never any announcement about the new app. let alone any way to migrate your data. I stumbled upon this clone app today completely out of the blue, looking for a replacement of the app I purchased, which is now so outdated that it is utterly useless; comparing the other apps offered by GF Media Apps and GreenLife App, I also realized the devs did the exact same thing with all the other premium apps they published. Reported to Google and requested a refund.

I spent the night trying different pet manager apps and this looks the most promising. Could benefit from some polish but already ahead of most others. I was very impressed with multiple devices.

Added entries to the database, but they don't display. Sync doesn't sync, but overwrites with null data. A Google spreadsheet is so much easier, and more reliable

In breed section all you have are dog breeds? Pretty sure my cat's not a great dane. Why is there no exit either? Great app except you cant get out of it. Everything else is great & I couldnt do my cats meds without it. Older version was simpler & better. Hate the iphone layout.

Doesnt work

I couldn't log in I thought maybe I had the password wrong so I reset it but nope that's not it I even tried on on the Web and nothing would happen I couldn't log in at all. It's a waste of time I'm in need of an app to keep my puppys information safe and secure. Still looking....

Can't log in

They get back right away when anyone emails them plus if there a problem with the app they fix it right away. If you have a suggestion for the app they will listen and see what they can do to make the app better or add something to the app.

Promised info would be in petworks folder but its not - all lost when got new phone-needs decent backup!..no listing for many breeds such as Alaskan Malamute...and no pics anymore!...more categories which is nice but the things I mentioned are more important. Fix that & would be 5 stars.

It won't let me get past the login page

Poorly designed. Crashes in photo section. Logs you out after only couple mins of inactivity. No way to view or test app until you register. I was hopeful but couldn't even get a pet added in the app without constant crashes.

When selecting what breed your cat or dog is there are less than half of the breeds listed and no way to customize the list to add them.

I love the idea of a place where I can store all of my pets information. I found the app to be cumbersome and slow. I had hoped that it would be an easy place to track my 4 dog's health records and training progress. I could barely get beyond entering their date of birth. Entering information via the mobile app I found to be painful, slow and difficult to navigate through.

Pretty much what I was looking for to track my pets health. Would be better if you could attach a photo to each record instead of generic album. But overall really easy and fun to use.

The app has potential to be good but there is so much of the app that is what I would consider half done. It is rather a nice idea, your pets health records in the same place as your own records. However the families health records seem to be a block and copy from the pets which is evident by the 'training' category with a pic of a dog in a sit for the human records. The app looks like it was thrown together and never looked at again. I really had high hopes for this app.

The app is good, but i had problems with the interface. It also does not give me De-worming for Horses and also does not give food chart for my horse. But i came across an app. called "Gallops" which provides me De- worming facility, proper food charts, helps me set my schedules and Body Condition Score (B.C.S.). The app is awesome and has a good user interface also.

On the right track, but I had several problems. App installed & run on my android, but crashes on my iPad. I selected cat as animal type and was only given the option to select Dog breeds. Pet sitting/boarding let me put in a start date but no end date, just end time. Entering all this data on the phone is cumbersome, should be able to type online & Sync

I made lots of reminder like feeding time, bath time, vit.time but none of my input alarmed to remind me about the time. I got frustrated. Uninstalling. To be fair I like the icons.

Frequently asks to log back in. Nuisance. Nice parameter selection. Very little local data storage.

This app appears to be a very thin wrapper around the web site. Even after creating an account and giving up my email address I was not allowed to log in from the app. I just kept getting kicked back to the login page. Not worth my time to try and figure out how to get it to allow me to log in. Look elsewhere if you are considering this.

I dont care if its free or not, there is absolutely no reason to force people to sign in or join something. People have a right to PRIVACY. This app is CRAP !
