Besides having to scroll through the years to set your date of birth. Once you finally get the email to verify the account NOTHING HAPPENS! Don't waste your time. Log into the website instead and save the hassle.

Just terrible!!! After send for the email it does nothing at all. Screen is just blank. Waste of time!

Date of Birth must be entered using a visual calendar and not by typing in the date.... the older you are the longer you tap because it starts at today's date and you need to swipe back each month.

Buggy, difficult to navigate, restrictive. Today is a Monday and I'd like to log my Sunday exercise and food, but the trackers only show the current week, so I can't log yesterday. When I try to log more than a couple of days worth of anything it says there's a problem with my connection. My internet and all other apps have no problem connecting, so no, there's a problem with this app.

Whoever designed this app obviously never tried to log onto it themselves. I had to scroll back 30 years on a visual calendar to enter my birthdate. Then the verification email never synced with the app so it was all for nothing. Waste of time...another obvious attempt to make this difficult to get health account $.

Date of birth you have click once for every month back until you birth date. After email confirmation still doesn't work correctly.

All I can add is a workout. Nothing ever seems updated. Score yet another win for a bad idea from Rahm Emanuel.

Can't type DOB in so had to scroll back through 50 years to put mine in. Crazy

As of yesterday, mobile app does not work. I have used it daily for months. Please address.

It won't email the confirmation to link to my account

It won't even open. When it did it was very basic. Much easier to just use the website.

Blank beige screen will not do anything. Uninstalled and reinstalled x2!!

This app connects to my Healthy Lifestyles account (provided by my health insurance) and makes some features (such as trackers and action items) available on my phone. Soooo much easier than logging into my health insurance portal to get to the full website. 4 stars because the app does what it's supposed to do. Not 5 stars because it doesn't have the full functionality of the website (e.g. exercise videos, rewards center).

Worked fine first day after download. Now says signal strength too low for synch. Can stream video on Netflix so app must be screwed up. 3/3/16: Became worse with time, would not synch online, said no trackers available most of time. Uninstalled, one of the worst apps I have tried.

Why did you make logging in so convoluted? It's simple. User ID, password, log in.

For those having problems with the "email" not being sent, the email is through the web version of the Well-Being program through your insurance. I logged onto my Anthem Well-Being account input my email & the App was able to locate me just fine. The problem is not with the app.

Why can't this be run on a tablet?

Apparently you need this app to send you an email to get set up. It gets stuck in the processing part and won't send the email. And it wasn't obvious to click the year when selecting your bday.

I can't get this app to send me an email. Worthless. I would give zero stars if I could.

I can't get past my birthday when trying to log in. There is no next button and it won't scroll.

It's ok but would be better is it linked with my "S Health" app on my android phone. That way wouldnt have to enter things twice.

You need an email for confirmation and to completes setup but "they" never send the email. I've tried 4 times now - but No more. I'm done.

Locks up. Signal poor wont connect half the time even when high signal bars. One week to correct or it gets tossed

I thought that this app would give me the same information as when I log in to the Web site, as in my lab work and history etc. It does not. I'm not totally sure what value this app has. Additionally, as another reviewer stated, if you log out you have to go through the email verification steps to log in again. Un installing this app right now.

It's alright. I would really like to be able to change the steps I input. Not just add to the amount, but also be able to delete. I entered too many steps and I can't remove them.

I cannot access my account without the link. The link is not in my inbox or spam. Sent it multiple times. The challenge for company starts tomorrow. :(

I thought this app would help me to track my workouts easier than having to use the laptop but every time I've tried to log in and post my workout, it freezes. Very disappointing.

Since the last update, my app will not fully sync. It comes up and says only partial sync. Retry later.

No way to login. It's a government backed service so I'm not totally surprised.

It just won't work right, every time I try to put in information it saids signal isn't strong enough.. This app sucks!!

Worked fine for one week, now I can't add to my trackers....guess I'll go back to computer version

App will not connect to the Healthways system. Contacting the Healthways help desk resulted in a 'there are no known issues with our app, please check your phone.'. I suppose all of the one star reviews don't exist.
