I never write a review, but this app is completely useless. Right now I'm trying to open it, and it just won't. Once you do get it open and try to add foods, it adds it twice. And you can't make changes to anything that you do, all you can do is just delete it. The database for available food is also very limited.

Man, I really wanted to use this app, but it just won't load. It worked great for the first week, then it wouldn't go past the loading screen. I reinstalled twice, same story. Aside from not being able to even use the app, I think the developers should take a look at other calorie counting apps like my fitness pal, because adding food is quite a task and the app often inserts entries multiple times. So, unfortunately, this app is getting deleted and if I child give it zero stars, I would.

Freezes constantly this is my second install. Records food several times for one entry. Needs a bar scanner but if you don't need the app don't bother many better free ones out there.

Constantly freezes up, adds food/calories multiple times, takes forever to load, only works half the time. The Innergy program is great, but this app is absolute, utter garbage. The only reason it's getting one star is because I couldn't give it less. Seriously, this junker needs a complete overhaul.

Same issues that all listed below! Wish the app would work as I love Innergy!

It's not horrible...when it works. Unfortunately, it will only run about 50% of the time. Like right now, for the last 3 days.

I'm only keeping this terrible app because it uploads to my account to track my well-being for work.However, this app needs major improvements: 1)There's no barcode scanner for food. 2)Is the food database updated?This only my first day using this app and I have to manually input quite a few items.3)Why is there no edit functionality?If I am handling your data entry, and I enter the wrong information, the only option is to delete.4)There needs to be some capability where it syncs with a fitness tracker.

Cannot even get the app to open. Why is this still a problem when there have been reviews stating this is a problem for months?

Apparently I am not allowed to register. Very disappointing as I use the online tool multiple times a day.

I deleted it after a day. I spent two hours entering all my foods that I eat regularly. After constructing my record for a day, I checked the stats and they were all wrong. When I checked the individual foods, none of them had the info as I had entered it. You can't edit a food after it's created, so I had to delete them and enter them all over again. The still did not maintain the info as entered. Four hours of my life wasted. Grr!

Apps are supposed to make life easier but this one is very frustrating. It never opens when I want to track. I end up going to my computer instead.

Same issues as everyone else has stated with it freezing, not opening, dup entries, difficult to use, etc. I've had to uninstall/re-install a couple times to get it running, again. No more. I'm done.

App worked fine for about a week and a half... then it started duplicating food entries...and wouldn't add the protein amounts correctly. My innergy coach recommended I uninstall it and reinstall the app. Once I did that, it no longer lets me in... Tells me I'm not eligible.

Force closes all the time. When it actually does allow me to access my food log it logged everything in triplicate

App is crap. Freezes all the time and that's saying you can even get the app to load. A majority of the time you can't even open it. It adds multiple food items when you don't want it to. You have to add food one by one then you can't edit after it's on there. You have to delete and start over. This app doesn't even deserve one star.

Consistently frozen

Finally figured out it had a compatibility issue with Samsung TouchWiz. Worked great for a week then wouldn't go past the start screen. Reinstalled and now it won't let me sign in at all.

But now it has been frozen for several days. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it and now it will not even recognize me as a member.

I liked it because it loaded with the program I am in but once my phone update, it does nothing. Now it says I'm not eligible. Also it would be great to be able to scan food into it and you can't and there isn't alot of food saved into its data base.

When will the app work again? It no longer recognizes me.

It only worked for about a week and like other reviews, it will not let you pass the start up screen. Waste of time.

The innergy program has been great for me which is the only reason I put up with this app. Constantly force stops, often need to reinstall to make it work, and food database isn't great. I wish they'd put a little more effort into a better app.

Rarely opens, usually crashes immediatly when it does, and useless even when it doesn't. The database hardly has anything I eat in it, so I use S Health instead. I didn't expect it to be as great as Weight Watchers, but this is ridiculous. Even the website crashes so you can't complain about the app not working.

Nice to finally have an app for my galaxy. Works fine. I still have to use other sources when looking up calories

Two things .. 1.) On HTC M8 the app stops during attempted registration (KitKat) 2.) there doesn't appear to be a place to log in if you are already a web user .. They should be the same account certainly. Butyou only get the register screen .. which fails. Haven't tried it on my Galaxy S4 yet . . NOTE TO Author: Please resolve the issues and add a link for Login of existing members.
