Update: Purchased new LG phone & app seems to be working better now. Used only a few times but I have had no more problems!! This app did not work well with my Samsung 2 phone. It would take several attempts to check in members & some times check in the wrong ones.

I have been trying to log.into my account for over 20min. I have change my password twice on a desktop, here I was thinking something is wrong with my phone I just couldn't figure it out, until I read the comments.... well this APP sucks that's the problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I guess this app doesn't play well with Samsung. Wow glad I read the comments. What a frustrating and upsetting experience I've had.
