There's some explanations on side effects, which is what I am looking for. Also they mention another app that tracks restaurant foods by ingredients such as milk. I want that app, but apparently it is only available for iPhones and I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S7). Perhaps they will make the app for us Android users asap.

I'm not going to be paying for this after my trial ends, as it shuts down every time a consult begins. Doesn't let me do a thing. I already paid 19.99 and I'm asking for a refund.

Honestly marvelous

Pretty good app, I've not done any of the "Concierge" or paid questions, but they are food about answering the free questions in a reasonable time. Pretty good to have when you are on the fence about going to the Dr on certain things

Very helpful. Love the app, I love to ask questions that I'm courious about it if I need a second opinion on what could be wrong.

Keep getting notifications, yet clk on it, and always goes to settings page. Never to Dr's answer.

Excellent app

Works great until you try to talk to a doctor. When you type your question it has a delay on your typing and then freezes and locks the phone up to which point you have to restart the phone if you try to go back if you made a mistake while typing. Not worth the download as that is the main feature of the app. I have an Asus zenphone selfie if anybody cares.

Getting connected with someone is easy. The doctors are like doctors you would see inperson. I am really satisfied with this app.

The information is very generic. And to get a more detailed answer, you must pay for a consult with a doctor. The free subscription is useless and the prime is expensive considering what you get. Also very hard to cancel before the free trial ends

Post your question, and a doctor will post an answer. It's fast for a question-answer app. Response times to my questions seem to range from 10 minutes to 10 hours. The site's doctors also have a premium service where you can see a real, live doctor on screen via a virtual appointment, and get a diagnosis and maybe a prescription (but not drugs like narcotics or anxiety drugs). The app is free for posting general medical questions. The one-on-one consultations have a fee, and you can select between primary care or specialists.

Love it! this is a great service. It's quick, right when you need it, no long waits in the ER. I am fan because it helps to solve minor situations, aches and pains. Also helps to guide when something more severe happens. They can even send prescriptions to my pharmacy. It saves me time, reduces stress and makes my life easier!

Experienced doctors that can provide you with answers, usually in a day or less, and it's a major help with anxiety.

I thought it was free. what about people like us who don't have a card. I was excited. I know u wont treat for free.

Great app. The prime feature is kind of expensive, but you can ask free questions and get personalized answers from real doctors which is awesome. You can also connect with your own doctors if they use the app so it's a really cool way to stay connected with them if you have chronic health issues.

In this case, not so much the app as the web site; I've just installed the app. I just had a very significant health issue, and counsel I found at the web site was very helpful in getting past it. Earlier, I had a drug-interaction question and was able to get a quick, helpful answer from a doc at the site. So my five stars are really for the resource that HealthTap is.

The app is very useful.It would be great if u release an app for Indian customers and with Indian currency for premium services.

Great app provides basic information and advice from medical puree of charge. There are additional charges that are optional for video appointments etc but generally the free question is enough.

Thank goodness this is available, when we temporarily have lost our health insurance!! Thank you very much!!
