Good concept but the app itself needs work. Many of the questions are not related to my chosen topics. The same question is listed multiple times. The questions that i 'X' out on still come back. No way to distinguish answered vs unanswered questions before clicking on the question. After answering a question, I am not taken back to the searched topic. All of the above issues make it less user friendly.

I realize that I must just love giving advice for free. It is not five stars because I cannot turn off notification and my profile info doesn‘t seem to be saved correctly. Otherwise I love this app.

Answering questions on HealthTap is rewarding, relaxing, and just makes you feel good. I pick and choose the questions I want to answer. I tell the patient what I know about his topic of concern, and I get to select a picture to go along with my answer. HealthTap members can be 16 to 100 years old, and can be from anywhere on planet Earth. It just makes me feel happy when I answer questions from America to Australia to Germany, and everywhere else in between.

I like the smoothness, the fastness, the easiness. So many qualified Dr's interacting is very stimulating! Looking forward to build a virtual practice from anywhere from in the world!

However, app is temperamental. When clicking on another doc's answer appearing in my feed, jumps to a different case or question seemingly unrelated. Also give me notifications or emails. Too much to get both.

I have enjoy the HealthTap brief questions from patients but am very surprised at their questions much of the time. It would appear that many of them get information from their family and friends and are often recipients of mis-information. I try hard to get this in place in my responses and about 1 in 5 respond with a "Thank you". To date I have been chastised by only one person out of several 100s. What troubles me the most is that I often feel that they are troubled about getting more information from their doctors. All in all and enjoyable and valuable experience from which I learn a lot from checking up the answers that are easiest to relay to the patient. I also learn a lot from doctors who offer a different answer to mine. Best wishes for a Merry Xmas and Happy New year to the HealthTap team and my colleagues who have taught me a great deal.
