All the guys who have rated 5 Star to this app are surely paid for it or are company employes. Worst service. No proper info. No proper calls. Nuts on customer care department. I guess it less of a service and more of a prank

Ordered medicines and was promised a delivery in 2-3 days. Have constantly followed up with them and was given a false commitment everytime. Avoid this. Rather switch to pharmeasy app which is very professional.

Worst service when we call for any complain theirs no one to here one should first tink to give order to this type of company they never deliver on time

Very bad pathetic service nor giving back prescription copy on time. It's medicine we are ordering for healthcare nor mobile phones that we receive late will do.

Don't believe on the offer, they are ready to cancel the order but not ready to send the medicine s on time..

Please give more discounts. It should not be for minimum rs. 1k order.

Worst experience. Some lady calls from the company to take the order i didn't have to give the order at that time so then asks for referral saying i will get Rs.500 off on my 1st order then calls our given referrals and then the worst game starts. The referral ordered the medicine he received on 5th day of order giving 25% off for 1st order. And then time came when i wanted to order my medicines they rejected the referral bonus saying that they already had that referred customer's number on their database.

At the time of order I have been told it will be delivered on time and after 2-3 days medicines not got delivered when I enquired they told me that delivery not possible to my location.what a pathetic service if u r not delivering to my location then why you are taking order and wasting my order.

Service wise this one is worst. Their counter parts are very bad in service. Took almost a week, still didn't received my medicines. They should improve immediately if they wants to be in this competitive market...

Amazing offers , I availed 15% concession on medicine purchases , it was home delivered , good work Health Saverz team , the app too is very user friendly.

I booked a lab test from health saverz app from metropolis. Its showed me a 15% discount. But people from metropolis called me and said you will have to pay full and there is no discount. What is this. To cheat people. DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME.

Norton shows this app as medium risk on data privacy. Needs to get fixed.

All discounts can be availed directly also. I took my dentist discount which was available directly too walk in patients

The customer care executive do not have manners and really dont know how to talk and anything else the service is the most worst that i have experienced yet

From last two times, I am ordering medicines from Healthsaverz and they missed the timeline to deliver in both the cases. They take minimum 7-8 days to deliver the medicine. For my second order, I still not get the delivery and today is 8th day. When I am calling in customer care, they only have one answer "No medicines available". I find service of PharmEasy very good. They delivered me in 2 days in my previous order. It was my mistake that I moved to Healthsaverz. Good bye now.

Wow , Really Nice Apps ... This App helped me to track all my medicine need . I can also Set alert for my medicine .Thats real cool . Also i like the feature which give medicine adherence score . Offer Great discount on Medicine and Other Medical service . But there is alway scope of doing better .

While the App is good, don't fall for their behind the scene agenda of delivering meds etc. The service is really bad and now thanks to them I am running around the hospital for a duplicate copy of the prescription so that I can get the meds from an alternative source...
