I signed in successfully, along with accepting the terms and conditions. Upon hitting Continue, I received an error notifying me that my Company couldn't be found.

It does what it says on the tin, but it could really use a UI update and the ability to connect to more fitness trackers than just Fitbit.

Upon linking to my account, my FB steps so far for that day will upload. After that, no other steps will upload. I unlinked my FB and reconnected to MePlus, and again, my steps for just that day uploaded. I emailed technical support about the problem and was given a number to call to learn how to link my account. :(

The app says it can't find the company so it is of no value

Same problem as some others. Looks like app could be good, but can't get it to work.

Sent me to the terms and conditions however then said could not find company and kicked me out. I was really looking forward to using it too :-(

Having the same login issue as others have reported. States it can not find company and I know my spelling is correct as it's the same as came with my paperwork. Please fix this ASAP.

Despite my tracker showing the current time and saying I'm still connected to my fitbit account, this app is no longer collects my steps. Also doesn't pull my activities and sleep which are important for my journey well health plan.

Says" cannot find my company" yet I know my company is with HealthPatrners....frustrating! They need to fix these glitches if they want people to have mobile access.

So much easier than having to remember to log in to the website! Just synced it to my Fitbit and it seems to work so far!

Works on some and not others I guess. I login correctly but it always shows "We couldn't find that company" Their help desk says they will call back, (twice they have said this and twice they have not) oh yeah no result with a ticket opened.

It's easy to use. There are a few features I wish I had. I wish it would integrate with a pedometer. I also wish it had a list of step equivalents for different activities. These are programmed into it, but sometimes, I would like to choose activities that will give me the steps I need. The thing that really annoys me is that it does not sync with the website, so sometimes I end up entering things twice. Also, the feature to keep yourself logged in does not work.
