This app sucks. If you would create the app to resemble more of the options that your website offers then it would be superb otherwise uninstalling. It's worthless.

Overall not bad, but there is no way to access the clinic messages inbox. It only supports the health plan inbox, which is quite frankly useless. When selecting "Contact Us", there is no way to contact the app developers, and only phone numbers for everyone else. I will look forward to when the app joins the 21st century.

My primary complaint with HealthPartners online communications is that you have to log into their website to read their messages. So I was hoping the app would have messaging, but I don't see it. I should have read the reviews!

I cant see my messages on the app. Also it glitches out when i make an appointment

The Menu drop down doesn't work so I can't get my results.

Decent to grab some quick info and view claims, but still no Message Center support. Fingerprint login is a nice touch though!

The features that are there work well. However, it does not provide access to messages, so you will still need to go directly to the Web site. I can't see that it's useful since I will always want to confirm my message status. I will likely uninstall it.

HP's web site says this app will display your insurance card, until you get it in the mail. It does not.

So many comments about messages from the past year. Why hasn't this been added yet? It's cute, all the phone numbers. We don't call people anymore...

I would like the drug list available, so while I'm at a doctor appointment, I can check which drugs are covered before leaving the office with a non formulary presciption.

Waiting to check on labs all day and keep getting a message that "we are experiencing a problem" will fix it to 5 once it's resolved.

No ability to view messages, functional app needs message ability, otherwise it's easier to open web browser and not have app.

If I could access messages it would be 5 stars. It's like half an app without messages.

I like all functions of this app. I can make appts, order refill prescriptions, check results....this list goes on. Very convenient and comprehensible

This app will not let me track appointments when the iPhone app would put them on your calendar. Very disappointed. I have no reason to use this app

VERY Stripped down version of their *already* stripped down & awful mobile website. Missing significant functionality like scheduling allergy shots, and other key features many other reviews have already mentioned. Grade: F, please try again.

Revised...i can no longer log in. i have been trying for weeks. After uninstalled and reinstalling several times I decided to get rid of it entirely and use the Web version. Darn. original...I can see upcoming appointments and test results however there is no way to check messages. If they add that my rating will go up.

Health partners app doesn't show location states can't find. Can't find where it keeps track of deductible or insurance card. It looks like a good app wish it worked the way it shows on app description. Removed app doesn't work like it was described.

Had labs this afternoon, & was able to get the results using this app very quickly. I can see when my next appointment will be. I haven't tried to email my clinic nor make an appt with this app yet, but I'm happy with it so far!

Another tack-on afterthought app that might have been better left in development for a while. Yes HP can state that they have an app, but it lags disappointingly behind the competition. I know as I recently switched from a competing health plan with a real go-to app that could quickly navigate most info I wanted. This hp app is really only useful to check deductible balances. Anything else like the pharmacy function is kind of a disorganized joke from a user perspective.

Can't make app. With Lab

I get emails stating that I have a message in my HP inbox, yet the app has no way of viewing these messages? Why isn't there an inbox option? It almost seems it would be better to just use the browser rather than waste space with the app...

I just installed this app and already there's a glitch when I try to make an appointment. Also it would be nice to have a text alert, email, etc from HP if a lab recheck is due before next prescription can be filled.

Crashes. A lot. I want this app to work.

This app has little to no use. It does not tell me about appointments or benifits. All it acknowledges is money. Completely unhappy with app. Hoping for a new update to make useful, I will otherwise get rid of app.
