Great app. Really simple and easy to use. I was able to reimburse myself for a medical bill I had to pay OOP with no problem. I do not understand all of the negative reviews.
Worse app ever? Maybe, If you use the keyboard go or next buttons then the app progression buttons disappear. No defaults are saved, so you have to choose your only health account over and over, you have to select your only checking account over and over, you have to type in the name of your medical providers every time. The work flow is disconnected, what should be 1 work flow are 3 and you have to search through your submissions to connect them. It's like it was designed to make you give up and call or not submit at all. I'd have to really try hard to make this worse. The Web portal is just as bad. People should be sacked over this abortion.
This is the worst app I have come across of its kind. What should be a simple process is now horribly tedious...
Awful app. Way too many steps to go through EVERY TIME you submit a claim, which is every 2 weeks for us. Doesn't save provider info. Processing time is abysmal- have yet to receive any reimbursement for 2017 expenses. Previous provider had a 3 business day turn around... Not at all impressed.
It's a nifty little app for certain things I do see a couple of improvements that could be made but not bad at all.
App does not load, I just received a white screen. I downloaded and uninstalled it three times and am still having the same problem.
I would really like to see fingerprint passwords. The Cigna HSA app has fingerprint verification and it is so much easier than typing in the password each time.
3rd dependant care savings account provider, absolute worst, extremely upset my employer went with health equity. Difficult to navigate, phone rep was nice but didn't know any answers to my questions and what the heck does needs substantiation mean?! Just say its under review what the heck. So so so awful. Really regretting enrolling this year.
Just installed the app. I'm trying to add a claim. I complete step 1/2. I can't get to step 2. No button or any indication of how to move forward. Frustrating.
It works on my Samsung for a moment them a white screen appears. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
Very clunky. Doesn't have any feature to scan a check to setup ETF. New accounts can't be setup using the app.
Difficult to navigate. Redirects to website for most features, which negates the purpose of having an app.
It only works 1℅ of the time. Takes forever to load, then when it does it usually goes to a white screen. What do I suppose to do keep uninstalling and installing it?
Does not load well at all! Impossible to upload electronic invoice documents . The website keeps kicking me out as well. Not happy!
I was able to get in the app once and now its just a white screen.
App doesn't reopen when I login and open another app in parallel
Have tried repeatedly both with app and on phone to key info to get signed on but neither accept my SSN. I believe I know my own SSN. Really aggravating.
When switching between this app and another, the screen becomes blank and there's no choice but to clear data, cache and force stop the app.
Just get a white screen, really frustrating

It's a pretty glamorous app. As glamorous as HSA apps go!

I was able to use it for about a week now it takes upwards to 20 minutes and just as many force close and reopens to get past 3 screens. Do you not test the apps before you publish them?
Unable to attach receipts using my phone. When you requeste documents, I would like to take the picture of the documents and send it in one simple step. Help, what I am missing, it is too complicated to attach documents.
Downloaded the app when I received my cards. Lost my cards in a move. Cards were sent to me in less than a week. While without my cards, had an ER visit with my daughter. Filed the claim and uploaded a picture of receipt... claim deposited into my account in less than 36hrs!
So far so good. My job (Wal-mart) provides this for our health Benifits HSA. No problems signing in and viewing my account. Also a convenient e-mail from them to let me know a deduction was taken place when paying to an account (good security feature)!
will not let me put in my I'd or password tried several times I even in installed and reinstalled still won't let me log in
Have tried for 3 days to log in but app will not let me,and it will not send me the email to reset password....Although it works fine on deskstop
Download. Installed. Opened existing claim. Attached picture of receipt. Claim complete; pending EFT payment in under 5 minutes!
Try logging into app but gives a authentication error. Works on desktop fine
It does not frequently recognize my password. I wrote it but when I enter it it does not know.
although no problem login from website, but can not login from this app after update
Liked it at first, but now won't open please fix or i'm going to uninstall it.

Such a huge improvement over the prior version in look and feel. And they fixed all the login issues as well, so if anyone gave up on the app because of those things, I'd recommend giving it a second chance.
Does everything I want to be able to do on the go -- make payments, reimburse myself, and upload docs. Perfect for my needs!

Too many hoops for an app. You answer personal information to verify your identity and then have to call customer service to sign up anyway! And when you call, you get the old "Due to an unusually high number of calls, there may be a long wait..." message. The app should be the solution to that problem, but it's just more of the same.
