Quick update. I tried out Challenge Workout today and accidentally hit pause. When I unpaused the clock didn't continue and was stuck on the time I paused it until I finished my workout so I never found out my final time for the workout. Please let me know when this has been fixed. Thank you. Overall though, the app is awesome.

As a mom of four that also works full time, I love this app. Most of my exercise time is spent training for the next half marathon. This app gets my cross training in just 12 minutes a day. I love how versatile it is. Whether I'm at the gym, at home, or in a hotel room, I can quickly modify to the equipment I have available or do bodyweight only. Totally worth the 3 bucks.

I was skeptical at first but those 12 minutes kicked my butt. I was sweating more than I did after my 40 minute circuit training workouts that I normally do. This was definitely worth the 3 bucks I spent on it.

1YR LATER: i have 2 small kids, life gets busy, i can't afford to (and don't want to) spend hours at a gym. i started using this app last May, and just one year later i'm a new person. i'm stronger & i feel better (and i look better). i'm turning 38 and, thanks to you, i'm in the best shape of my life. i've been able to use this app with zero equipment when traveling, when i have access to weights, and just with a $20 pullup bar at home. even when i had a wrist injury i was able to just switch exercises and keep going. thank you Krista. #noexcuses :: ORIGINAL REVIEW: this app helps you to get in great shape regardless of where you are, or whether you have any equipment. and the whole workout is only 12 minutes! you choose whether you have no equipment (body weight only), or have a pull-up bar, or some other equipment, and the app creates the workout based on your specific circumstance. and did i mention you can be in great shape working out only 12 minutes a day? thank you Krista, you gave me my mornings back.

The only reason I'm taking a star off is I want landscape mode, and a warm up and cool down attached (even if it makes the workout more than 12 minutes). The exercises themselves are well planned, hits all parts of the body (most apps don't hit the back), works with what you have, and alternate between cardio and strength while switching between upper and lower, so you're constantly working without hitting a muscle too many times in a row. Pushing yourself is what makes your time effective, so go quickly!

Error message saying I have insufficient space on my device, despite having magnitudes more space than required in each and all of my phone storage areas. Disappointing! Going for a refund, but would rather have been able to install the app.

The app is great and the workouts are really good. I do wish there were options for color scheme though, the white font on red background is a bit harsh to look at. That being said the app is still really solid and worth the money.
