Note: HeadCheck should not be used as a substitute for clinical judgment and should not be used solely to make or exclude the diagnosis of concussion in absence of clinical judgment. Return-to-play should always be determined by a qualified medical professional, as an athlete may have a concussion even if scores present as normal.
