I can only use the app once or twice before needing to uninstall and then reinstall. when starting the app, it freezes on the loading screen, and then when I try to "sign on", it gives no option to fill in, and it tells me I need to sign on or register before checking stock or placing an order.

App is OK but is very annoying only having 1/4 screen size

Won't work half the time, shuts down on own, errors out. Have removed and reinstalled multiple times, app is crap. Changing back to wilmar

I guess I'll just go on line and order. Only part screen.. worthless.. what is the problem any how. Why can't you fix this ?

Please fix this, there is a black bar going across the screen that can't be moved. I can see about 2 lines of text above it, that's all I can see. You're losing money!!!!!

Please fix the screen layout to full screen. Only shows on top of the screen.

App looks quite useful with functionality similar to full website with the recent addition of the scanner could be very helpful in the field

Unstable app. Some times it works and other times it doesnt. Not reliable enough to use.

Web version is quicker. Many times app loads but displays errors.

If you click on "home" then "log in" it usually works without errors. If your in a pinch and don't have computer access then this app is ok. It still needs some work.

App is no use... the icon that allows you to magnify the page is in the way of pressing the ixon to view the next page. I e-mailed customer service to relate this issue. Again... no use with this feature blocked.

If ya'll don't get back up and running, .then, yes your gonna lose another customer. You have 2 weeks from today to fix it.

The number of errors is ridiculous. Can't look at products and actually placing an order is a joke. Endless generic system errors and system administer errors.

Galaxay Tab 10.1 (latest). App cannot rotate (just like stupid Home Depot app). App shifts 1/2 of screen OFF DISPLAY to the right. Zooming in or out does not fix this problem. THUS, rendering the app TOTALLY USELESS.

The simplicity of this app. is benifical to the type of need which is multifamily housing.

I can only see half the app, can't shrink it, and can't even scroll to the right. Really disappointed, as I am wanting to use apps exclusively. Will keep installed and look forward to an update.

I use this about every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It is good for ability to order on the fly, as I see the problem, I can order a solution. However, that is good only when it is not being updated or recieved an update that messes it up. When it is working it is a lifesaver, when it isnt working it is frustration city.

Always changes sort method back I dont care about your damned highest pricedbitems I have work to get done I search toilet I want the most affordable price

Just got the Note 3 and the mobile app does not format to the size of my screen. I also had the S3 and didn't work for that either. After spending over 1/2 million dollars last year I hoped some of that money could have been spent on this waste of a mobile app.
