Really poor app! Takes forever just to enter birthdate and when I added my doctor wouldn't accept it. On top of that when I added my husband and address it said that it doesn't come to this area even though same address as me. Real serious issues here. Be good to remove it until you fix it as not a good look

Rollback to the previous version please. new version is rubbish. Didn't transfer my details from old login. When entering new details DOB is a nightmare. Whoever you used for UX design should be shot.

Life flash by my eyes. It took over 370 swipes/taps to enter just my DOB. Latest version of Android.

Tried to register. But when you enter your birthday theres no option to just input date. You have to scroll from 2017 and every month each year until you reach your birthday. Say your birthday is around year 1975. That would be 12months × 42 years. Will took you ages to complete the swipe and reach your birthday.

Haven't had any problems thus far however it would be good to include an option to cancel a booking if the patient recovers etc

It says i have a doctor booked when i never did. Badly needs that fixed.

I find this new app simple to use and you get through quicker than being in the call queue. Operators call you back promptly if needed, too. 13SICK is a great service all round.

Entering the date of birth is really frustrating!

Great app except the birth date is impossible to use if you're more than a year old.

PLEASE FIX@@ I loved previous version.. worked great. After update I can't log in.. Doesn't send me a reset password or email to linked address to log in and if starting from scratch it crashes when I try to add GP details. Last thing you need to be concerned about when trying to get Doc for sick children

Does not let you go back on a lot of screens or exit do you hsve to quit app and start agsin. Also made me a 2nd person with all there details for emergency contact totally Stupid.

Every time I get to a certain part to enter the regular GP details, the app crashes. Have never had this happen before the uodate.

App was great until recent update. All our details have now been deleted and when I try to add a patient it says they do not cover our area. Was easier to call and book over the phone.

Used to use the app all the time now it won't recognise me and keeps crashing when I try to register.

It shuts down in the middle of the process... Wasn't happy as I needed a doctor asap.

App kept crashing and didn't save inputs. Bad experience after giving up on the phone after 12 mins on hold.

Crashing when inputting new patient. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Just feedback. Ill try again next time i need it.

App updated now crashed on opening ringing is much faster although they need more doctors

It use to be easy to book a doc home visit, since it was updated it now just says the my address is not part of their service area arrgghhhh frustrating!!

App keeps crashing

An app should be fast and convenient, with data stored in the cloud and bound to my Google account. This app feels like it was made by high school kids in the nineties. If you need service from these guys just call them - the actual visiting doctor service is quite good but sometimes there are long wait times so if you have a real emergency, call an ambulance.

Maybe don't make the app say you will receive a call in 10 minutes if you actually mean 40 minutes? Also what is the point of writing in all your details if they just ask you them when they call. I have laryngitis and can barely speak, thought this would make it easier for me.

Unless you are sitting in a house you don't deserve medical help. Just another organisation that discriminates against those hauling our stuff all over the nation.

This just collects your details and you have to wait for a callback. It promised a call in 10 mins but that didn't happen. Better just to call them instead.

Book a doctor gets locked on "we will ring in 10 minutes". When they don't the app is useless

Whats the use of this app? Last 2 months no doctors available or in our area which is local suburb - don't waste your time with this app go straight to your local GP instead.

Booking through app was never confirmed, I had to call. Then the doctor never showed up anyway.

Can't even put my mothers birth-date of the 31st when trying to add a new patient. Only goes up to number 28.... seriously.....

Booked through the app (at 6am) like I have done previously, no call so I called 2 hours later to enquire, was told they didn't receive my booking and bookings are now closed, told me to go to my gp if I needed to see a doctor

No confirmation call, i called myself to follow up booking after 2 hrs and there was none. Made booking over the ph and dr was here and gone within an hr.

Saves waiting on the phone and easy to put in details. I've found the docs to always be good too

I booked a doctor twice in 3 days. First time doctor just did not show up. Second time they ring me at 4 am to tell me doctor is not coming. Absolutely appalling avoid like the plague.
