Worst app never give us voucher code. I have successfully referred 6 friends more than a month ago but voucher is not received my me till now.it's a major drawback for hdfc app. It should also show no. Of referrals

I tried like 5 times to update my saving account details and make it my salary account by adding the current employer details but still not getting the name of my organization in the list, even though i have been informed it is supposed to be there. Tried seeking help from HDFC customer care but they dont seem to have any information at all. This is something not expected form a bank like this

Fake offer provided , registred for Hdfc perk holiday offer and travel port person is not responding. Customer care is always busy and even if travel port pick thr call they always said call after some time

Poor app i just update the app and i have to again register. The app jst delete all detail when i update the app and when i try to register my email id its showing incorrect email id though the email id is correct and i use it for bank purpose. U don't know how to make an app and u give frequent update

Worst app, no proper response, no well navigation , bad gui. How can a bank host such a app.

Hopeless like the regular banks or the applications .I had downloaded the same to ease my work but instead it is just the wastage of the space time and data allowance ......tried to update the profile , was asked OTP ,which never arrived .waited for almost 20 to 30 minutes , nothing happened ....Very dissapointed

Poor referral program if you refer your friend it does not work app stop automatically when you enter refer code

Hdfc apps are like hdfc bank, means Fraud and Duplicate, better to use sbi bank, axis bank, kotak bank, indusind bank, icici bank and many more.

At time of sign in when trying to submit request for OTP with referral code, the app is getting error : sorry unfortunately stoped. Very disappointing.

I never received OTP. I can see the reply from HDFC of network issue..how many days you have network issue as I can see same reply for many days..note: I have installed app today/now, so I have latest version. I cannot link my corporate account due to this and getting unnecessary charges. Please stop harassing customers by forcing to use this app to map bank account as salary account. Now please...reply only when you resolve the problem. Dont behave like municipal corporation.

It worked now but took an incorrect spelled email address. How do I change that
