It worked really well in the past, but now you can not make a payment through the app so you're crippled to a few things you can do. Dial two numbers, technical support and customer care. Not a great update. Needs to be fixed.

My app isn't showing me my total for out of pocket maximum. My husband has the app on his iPhone and it works just fine. Please fix. It makes no sense having it if I can't track what I need to.

Literally nothing works in this app. It just crashes constantly. Judging from the other negative reviews I'm sure the app is just a cheap way for them to claim they're trying to make your health care accessible. Utter garbage.

After updating and logging in initially the app crashed. Tried logging back in, and on the second go around I was able to view my coverage, but still unable to search for in-network providers... I got routed to a web page with errors (unfortunately, I can't copy/paste in this text box to give you the URL).

This all is crap. Keeps e-mailing me a verification with a log in screen and guess what? When I verify my email it emails me a verification with a log in screen.

This app was useful before now it is a useless list. Deleting.

Absolutely no help whatsoever. The ID card it provided me didn't have accurate info. Search shown no providers within 50 miles even though there is at least 1. Offered me nothing but frustration. Thanks for that!

Worst. Upgrade. Ever. Turned an ordinary but functional app into a near-worthless elementary school homework project. Who approved this for public release? Can no longer filter claims at all. All family members, all prescriptions, all doctor visits, all dates.

Every time I click provider finder it crashes.

This app use to work great. Not sure what changed but I can no longer find doctors, hospitals, or urgent care. Everything else still works.

States the combination I am using is not recognized or incorrect.

Keeps saying email not registered but it IS! I have to log in on desktop version.

When logging in, I get error stating my email doesn't match- which has nothing to do with logging in. Why am I not surprised? There is very little that I like about BCBSTX...

Im assuming i can use this app for Excellus employee insurance? If so it won't let me log in! It's a shame. Will be uninstalling.

Really guys... Really. And no, I promise I tried all date formats.

Even called support and they confirmed my login information. Complete mystery. So no personalized information, just searches under the type of plan I have.

Although it has a couple useful features, there's little you can do with it.

Doesnt list drugs that are covered under bcbs texas plan. They might want to add that.

There is no longer a link to Prime Therapeutics under the Pharmacy Coverage section, so I have to log into the website to get to Prime. Also can't see my deductible. It tells me to look at the back of my ID card - what good is that?

Enter information to log in and it goes back to asking if I'm a member.

No Payment Options, No Info, older Version Was better
