Website is always unavailable. What's the point of the app, the website never works.

Won't even let me let me register. It says my email isn't formatted correctly. Not sure what that means as I input my email as it always is. I don't normally write reviews, but this app is bad! Health insurance is not something to mess around with! Fix this app!!

This app is just as useless as the whole rip off company behind it. Just take money, never pay anything. This so called company should be outlawed because it is nothing but a fraud and a scam! A prime example of theft allowed by law! BCBS is the worst scam ever! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Ran good at first but now I can't get it to even open now. I bookmarked the web page so I can get to it faster

I belong to BCBS and live in Oklahoma. You would think that this is the app i need but nope. It wont even let me log in. Uninstalled.

Cant access member login its just a blank screen. Fix this and I'll give 5

I live in a major city yet its unable to locate doctors.

The app is ok, except that it takes over the full screen and tries to look like an iOS app. The full screen is really a problem, as I can't see notifications while I'm using this app. But by far the worst problem is that I continually have to enter my username and password. I set these up for a web browser, where my password manager can remember them. So they're kind of long, and typing them on a cell phone is a huge pain. How to fix it? Require a PIN or gesture unlock to protect HIPAA protected information. Still secure, much less annoying and likely to drive me into a telephone pole because I'm trying to find a "BlueChoice" provider.

The application is never able to load the providers list or find my location (Samsung Captivate). I recommend access to account and Blue Points too.
